Contacted Griffin Ford for a recall on my 2014 Ford f150. After relaying information, service vehicle was at my location the same day about 15 minutes later. The recall issue was taken care of within 15-20 minutes. Excellent, professional service.

UPDATE: Mr. Schepp, just to clarify, your team quoted me a trade-in value over the phone based on my Autotrader listing. It was well above what other dealers offered. Therefore i made the decision to drive up there only to be given a much lower number. I was also told you really didn't want the trade-in. If your team had been honest with me, i never would have made the trip...which is my point, your team will say anything to get a perspective buyer into the dealership...truth or not.
As for your truck, it was a gorgeous truck and i was satisfied with the price. I simply chose to walk away because I felt I had been mislead. I hope this helps clarify things a bit.
ORIGINAL: I live 1-1/2 hours away from Griffin Ford and thought we had negotiated a deal contingent on their inspection of my trade-in. Drove all the way up there and THEY NEVER LOOK AT MY TRADE-IN. Instead they offered thousands less and when I balked, I found out they never wanted the trade-in. This is the kind of dishonesty that gives car dealers a bad name. So sad.

I have purchased five cars now from Griffin Ford in Fort Atkinson. The staff is awesome. Denny has helped me get all five cars. I loathe shopping for cars. My girlfriend found a 2021 Ford Bronco at Griffin. I texted Denny, we test drove it and I purchased it one day later. Thanks Griffin Ford!

We went to Griffin Ford for the first time last week and had an amazing experience with Dennis as our salesman. He was incredibly helpful and understanding of us wanting to stick to our budget, he came in on his afternoon off to allow us to test drive the vehicle when it worked best for us, and he ultimately treated us as one of his own family members. He answered all of our text messages, phone calls, and questions leading up to coming in to purchase the vehicle. I couldn’t say enough great things about him and how great it was to have a salesman that made buying my first brand new car seamless.

Long winded review:
Since buying my maverick, they have been very transparent about recalls and possible fixes. Tim was amazing to work with in the preordering process and always kept me informed and wasn't afraid to check into things when the factory was silent. 5/5 for that. The service also has been awesome! The recall services are done quickly and remedy the issues, the staff is friendly and always good for a small chat. The ability to drop my vehicle off and have to delivered back to my house after the work is done on it is *chef kiss*

I have watch the quality of service slip over time. Used to get a free car wash. Used to have fresh cookies. Used to manage on line service appointments. Now they did not stand by warranty, blaming Ford for faulty replaced lugnuts costing me $186. Done with Griffin, though bought my last three car from them.

Tim Maney Was a huge help, it was my first time buying from a dealership and while other employees were wrapped up in their things, Tim made time for me and my smaller purchase despite his other commitments. He had an answer or solution to all my questions and overall was very nice and personable! hoping my next purchase is with him as well!
