My experience was good until i wound up homeless and jobless for a while and was in able to pay for a while when i did finally have a steady paying job and place to live i called them up and got the run around with them for the last six to seven months than found out that my unit was sold on me while i was trying to make payment arrangements with the owner. He violated wi statute 407.90 of the wi statute for self storgae units which clearly states that they are required to give notice to the person who has lessed the unit before they go about selling it. I received no notice like this. Do not use these units and do not use ALL SECURE STORAGE in Fort Atkinson and Jefferson wisconsin. The owner is a real lousy person.

I met late on a Saturday night they had no problem meeting when it was good for me. Jerry even helped me unload a couple of heavy items. These guys are the best.
