I am extremely satisfied with their customer service. I am equally as satisfied with their high-quality jewelry and craftsmandship that they continue to provide me with at each visit. I have not only had a watch battery replaced; I've also had several of my personal jewelry items appraised. In addition, I have had repairs completed of my bracelets and rings with exemplary results. My purchased items are beautiful, and the quality of the jewels is truly noted by others when I wear them out.I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs or WANTS!

I’ve been going to Fontana Jewelers for years and I am always impressed with the help they give me. Eric and James go above and beyond to make you feel like you are their only customer. Several years ago they helped me design my wedding band and recently helped me by upgrading my diamond. I trust them and would not go anywhere else!

The staff was extremely helpful. I described what I had in mind and was shown the most perfect pair of earrings. I also purchased a Lake Geneva necklace in sapphires for my daughters Sept birthday. I could not be happier! You do not need to travel to the city to purchase beautiful jewelry!

I’ve taken a couple pieces to be repaired & they did a fantastic job. The only negative was I had to call after 5 days of dropping it off the get the appraisal. 2days after I called I received the call but had to inquire when it would be ready. Other than the wait it was worth it!

Fontana Jeweler surpassed all of my expectations! My fiancé and I were looking for an antique diamond for my engagement ring and I am extremely particular when it comes to jewelry. Victoria pulled out ALL of the stops, sourced multiple (8!) diamonds for me to see, and ended up finding me not only a BEAUTIFUL stone, but at a phenomenal price point. She was patient with me as I studied all the stones, looked at settings, and picked out a complimentary band. I could not recommend Victoria, Eric, and the entire team at Fontana Jeweler more.

I absolutely love this store! They have an amazing selection of jewelry and watches! Fontana Jeweler has everything from gift items to extremely hard to find high-end pieces. The whole team is amazing and I always love going into the store when I am at Geneva lake.
