“We brought our grandson's pick up in to have 'some' repair done to a 'do it yourself' muffler installation. He fixed the problems and updated it to dual exhaust. When our grandson saw the results, he just started grinning from ear to ear. Amazing work and reasonable prices.”

I have a sentimental attachment to my RAV4 and even though the insurance company "totalled" it, these people understood my feelings and helped me keep my special car. The car is perfect; you can't tell I was ever "rear ended" at a crosswalk. They did a beautiful job and the girls at the desk made this very stressful process easier for me. When I asked about some extensive exhaust repairs, Pat told me he could absolutely do the job, but I could get it done for 1/3 of what he would have to charge me if I went to a shop that specializes in mufflers. “I was having issues with my muffler. It was getting pretty loud so I set up an appointment to get it fixed and check the rest my car make sure that it was in good condition for winter. I don’t know anything about mufflers, but I figured it would cost me around $300 Minimum. It was only a missing clamp that needed replaced and it was just over $100 but also included the price of checking over my car. I’ve used Tims auto for quite some time and I will not use anybody but Tims Southside auto. He has always been so very trustworthy, thorough and kind,”

They were right.
I paid a reasonable fee for their time and was able to get the dealer that installed the brakes to replace them. I appreciate the honesty this company has and will continue to be a customer of theirs because of it.”

“I had major engine problems with my 2016 ram 1500 w/5.7 hemi. Talked options with Jeff and decided to go with re-man engine after a lot of thinking. I'm so happy I did. Jeff took care of my truck. The longest part was waiting for the engine which is out of his control. When he got it in, he had informed me they got it and will start working on asap. They got it done right away. I seen my old engine he still had, and it was obvious why I was having issues. I've put around 5,000 miles on my new motor and it's wonderful. Not to mention when I got my truck back, I did not have to take it back for any leaks or hoses that were not secured. Great business!”
