On October 2 2024 my sons car tirer broke. I called Whealons Towing to get the car back to my house. I was told on the phone it be a 30 minute to 45 minute wait as I was prepared for because these guys are always busy running to help people out. So I sat there no more than 10 minutes later one of the tow guys show up to help me out. I said to him I was told 30 to 45 minutes to wait and it's not even been 10. He replies with well my next pick up nobody waiting with so I can do it after yours as you were out here waiting with the car. That was super nice of him and he managed to tell me what happened to the wheel when he unloaded it into my driveway. That was super helpful on telling my dad what needs to be fixed. I believe his shirt said Adam on it. Thanks for all your help, your urgency and being such a nice guy. I definitely use these guys again and hope I get him again as well. Thanks keep up the great work!!

I needed a jumpstart, and even though they were very busy, they came to my rescue. Very friendly, and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend.

It was ok, I remember that company a little more friendly. My car got towed there because of a breakdown on 41. Seemed as I was treated less than because of it. Maybe everyone had an "off" day. I would still use them and recommend them, soon as the sour taste leaves my mouth..

needed a tow in the snow the other day and i can not say enough amazing things about the service at Whelans…. they got my car out and made sure that i knew what to do next, and made sure i felt comfortable. i felt like they truly cared which was so sweet in a scary situation!!! thank you so much!!!

I'm so impressed!A senior with a dead car. Josh came to my rescue. He was so patient when I wasn't sure how to direct him to my location. He jump-started my car, and offered to move my car to its location around the block. It was a godsend that he did since my car died again before we made it 1/2 a block. We quickly made it to its location and he even parked it for me. What a fantastic end to an icky beginning!Thank you Josh and Whealon Towing and Service, Inc.!

Wheaton provided terrific service for my flat tire today. I couldn’t free the jack from my car and would have been stuck without them.Courteous, quick and effective service got me back on the road. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Dispatch very nice. Ronnie the tow driver was amazing. Got me loaded and back to the shop. They looked over my van got my spare on and got me back on the road. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Reasonable pricing. Shop is very clean and well maintained.

Amazing service! I was upset my car needed a tow, but when they arrived, they put me at ease. I had my 6 yr old son with me and took the time to show him what was going on... putting him at ease too! Thank you Josh!
