This Walmart for fond du lac Wisconsin is the worst Walmart I've ever shot at they hired a company to deliver food and even those cannot even get the orders correct but then if you have an order that's wrong or something is missing and you contact Walmart they automatically close your account down and tell you it's because of a return policy to this store has a lot a lot of issues if you go and talk to a store manager or manager they take their employee side even if their employee is wrong and it is absolutely pathetic I will never shop here again

Ordered a custom cake for Nursing home party for Mom. Did not receive what was ordered but thought it could still be used because it was no other choice. The party was later, and I needed a cake. The cake had none of the decorations I paid extra for and very annoying large size crystal sugar coating all around and on top. the only thing right was the size and flavor. I saw several ladies spit out cake due to the annoying hard sugar crystals that were scraping their gums, getting caught in dentures and one poor soul broke off 2 small pieces of tooth. Mom cried, I was chastised and embarrassed and Walmart refused to do anything when I tried to return this nightmare. BTY the cake was dated in very small print boxed on 9/17 for a pickup day of 9/20 meaning it was made before 9/17. FRESH INDEED NOT! I should have checked that label when I saw what a different cake it from what was I ordered. I never should have paid for this. They should have accepted their mistake and at least given store credit back for the 1/2 of untouched cake going to waste. If Walmart won't accept blame for this, I can warn other people. Be very aware of what you order is what you get. What can you do when you still need to bring a decorated sized for 12+ in a specific flavor cake to a group of waiting elderly people?

Many items weren't available the egg shelves were filthy! The young girl that checked us out looked unclean to be handling food and never said one word to us.

I was warmly greeted by Angelica as I went up to the Customer Service Department to exchange an item. I shop here at this location a lot, and it is a pure joy going through Angelica's checkout lane when she is working. She is extremely friendly, caring, thoughtful, attentive, and does her job superbly. As I checked out, Angelica was incredibly smooth and fast even as she asked me how my day was as she rang up my item. Angelica is a Beautiful Miracle, a Priceless Treasure, a Queen, and a Real True Pure Angel. They need more employees like Angelica.

They always have a little bit of everything. Usually, they tend to be the best price. However, I now find other places cheaper. That's the reason for loss of 1 star. My only problem at Walmart is going there with a list & walking out with 10 times more items than I planned. ?

At this Walmart, you'll often find the employees doing their job. This includes period not stocking shelves, texting and talking on cell phones and avoiding customers at all costs. It's no wonder that this walmart is absolutely filthy...

I used to be a huge Walmart fan. Now, whenever I order for pickup, I’m double charged, and having to wait nearly two weeks, for a return. I picked up all of my kids’ school supplies recently, and got half of the items, but was charged for all. No substitutions or items being shipped.

Called for oil change & tire rotation since I buy all tire here.was told specifically that oil changes are 1st come 1st serve. I show up at 7am 1st in line , but told there's at reserved appointment. I was told they have to hold that for 15 minutes for their reservation. Again I say what about no appointments for oil changes?

Clean and well stocked store. Odd sidenote: In Texas, we can only buy rum, whiskey, and other hard liquors at a liquor store so I was surprised that they sell all kinds of liquor on the alcohol aisle and for much cheaper.

I used to really enjoy shopping at Walmart. Now I dread it. Every time I go there's only one or zero registers open for full service. They have not trained me and do not pay me to check out my own groceries. I see six people standing around by the self check with only one register open. One night I went and had to ask somebody to check out my groceries because no full service registers were open, but yet there were still four people standing around that could check out.

Cess pool of a place. They don't want you there in the store. Constant spamming over the loud speakers about how they are closing in 2 hours. Then an hour. Constant reminders that too bad if you're checking out right when they close. They kick you out and refuse to let you buy your items. Reminders that you cannot use any cash after 10:40pm. Are you serious? No returns after 9pm. Saw them many times tell people too bad come back during the day.Just close the entire Walmart company down. You clearly don't want customers. You clearly don't want money. I feel bad for the very few decent people that work there. Most of them are lazy, don't care, spend more time on their phones than doing their job.If it wasn't for the necessity of certain items I have to (yes I actually do have to purchase them from hellmart), I'd never step foot in this place.

I'm not paid to bag my own groceries, I shouldn't be stopped on the way out to show my receipt, proving I paid for everything. If Walmart is so worried about theft, hire cashier's.

Poorly run in terms of quality and workers don’t help at all. Except big dude in the tech department. He actually does help. My wallet was taken from my cart. They would not look at the cameras to see who nor call the police. They all need to be more empathetic.
