If you plan on passing away, make sure you cancel all things Verizon first. Tried taking my mom off the account (as the main person and her plan/phone) and they kept me on the phone for 10 HOURS. I was literally on the phone off and on with them from 10 AM to 8 PM before I finally called it quits because it was going absolutely nowhere with no progress in sight. Their customer service employees are very rude and offer no real support or help. I'd have a better conversation with my now dead mother compared to this staffing. Absurdly disappointed and will never come back to this company. Don't plan on passing away ever if you're using this company. They'll want you to still pay for the dead person AND want to talk to them

This place is a joke. They advertise a free phone just to get you in the door. After about an hour wait they tell you that it is not free and you need to change your plan and that would be more expensive. We pay enough already. Going to look for a different service provider. There a lady that walks around and checks you in while 2 other people are working. You would think it was that busy that she would help out also but does NOT!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They're slow, incompetent and they blackmail services so you have to upgrade your plan. Keep key features hidden away and then chargeyoi for them to work properly. I am currently on the phone for over 45 minutes after I was already on the phone with them for over 2 hours. Just to have them hang up on me.

Beware!! Over $250 a month they made me pay for 2-phones for 2-years and then the screen cracked (from manufacturer) sent me someone else's problem and that screen goes black?? The phone paid off and tried to stop service and go elsewhere, they still locked up the phone and thought they could sue me for the stupid last month I didn't even have it.(after cancelling) And Yes folks that is $3000 a year. I have now switched and will never go back. My New bill is $29 a month for the same thing. I would Leave!

Very nice people and helpful not best phone cases for Samsung if u want a better case nice iPhone cases though and if u have a kid there allowed to play on the phones there

Jordan was very patient with the problems my wife was having with her phone. Earlier in the day we went to a verizon store in Oshkosh and were shrugged off, but Jordan was able to help her and explain exactly what was happened. Great experience all around dealing with the Fondy team.

I just got my service through Verizon. Very nice people there. I wish I can remember their names but there’s a one black lady very sweet and very hard-working and went to the end of the world to try to help my issue. I hope that identifies her because she deserves the recognition, the one thing they did was the young kid that was there give me a plan that I said no to and she was pushing it and I said no and it ended up being on my bill but it worked out because I needed a device anyway, but I didn’t like that, but other than that very good place. Service sucks in Oakfield where I work though.

Came in to get a phone where I knew the deal and exactly what I wanted. When stated online, I accepted professional assistance to set my new phone up. It stated there would be no additional charge to my account. When I arrived at the store, the female automatically added a 30$+ service charge to my account for helping me set it up. She also stated my current plan would not work with the promotional deal, which I told her it doesn't matter what plan I was currently on. She never asked me if I needed help setting my phone up or anything. I decided to just set the phone up myself. While waiting for my online order to process, she decided it would be best to use her personal phone (not work phone), while I was standing in front of her, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not wearing a name tag so I asked for her name and it was Carla. I would suggest not working with her.Update to response of Verizon. I'm thinking about leaving Verizon entirely due to this matter. Will be coming in tomorrow Wednesday the 6th to return my old phone and possibly end my account with you.

They say they're open but a very rude obnoxious security guard will follow you to your car until you leave. No signage anywhere saying they are closed. Needless to say I won't be back.
