We went in to upgrade a line tonight. Bill helped us out. He was funny and patient and stayed late for us. Honestly went above and beyond!

My husband and I had a GREAT experience at Verizon last night (11/30/24), especially with the representative that helped us (Marie). She was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We walked out happy and prepared to use our new phones. Thanks again to Verizon and Marie!
