The parts department needs to find people that have a clue what they are supposed to do and stop relying on computers to help them describe the parts that customers are looking for. I told them the year, make, model, engine size of the vehicle I was looking for a coolant hose for and I was told by both people at the counter that I have to have the vin number of the vehicle. They should have been able to find the part with just the year, make, model, engine size and PARTS NUMBER. I was told that they couldn't search for the part without the vin number and they were doing everything to not get up from their chairs. I had the old part there, I had the part number. It would have been so much easier to look up the part number, go get the part and match it up side by side but they were too dumbfounded and it was clear that they don't belong in the positions that they hold. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Such pure laziness on display on the parts departments behalf!
