I give it 3 stars because some of the clerks are really helpful and nice. Others, not so much. Some clerks appear frustrated by me shipping several packages at a time. I have been treated rudely repeatedly for shipping internationally, even though it's a pretty simple process. The customs form they have you fill out literally just requires you to write your name and address and the addressee's name and address as well as sign it. They act like this is a big to do. Today I had several packages, most of which were being shipped within the U.S. Two required the simple customs forms mentioned above, and the clerk Jeff refused to serve me, making me get out of line until I had filled out the simple forms, even though it has never taken me longer to fill out the forms than it takes them to process the other packages I was sending. In short, customer service is inconsistent and can be pretty bad. I spend a lot of money at the post office and don't appreciate being treated like a burden for asking for regular services.

I had requested mail stop and my postal carrier ignore my note and delivered mail every day. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

i have had monthly package come to my apt each month and for some reason i’m april they couldn’t figure out how to deliver my package. and i went on the website to file a missing mail report, went through the whole process of making an account and filling out the from just for it to say “couldn’t process, try again later”. never experienced such incompetence in my life

Same mail carrier keeps delivering me the wrong mail, I have now missed 2 extremely important bank documents and I have no idea where they are. Called & was told “there’s nothing I can do”. Very frustrated that the mail carrier won’t even be talked to about their clear lack of ability to deliver the correct mail.

THEY ARE GETTING WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TO SHIP THINGS. AND PS, STOP CLOSING THE DROP BOX AT THE OFFICE BEFORE 5PM WHEN THE LOBBY CLOSES @6PM. THERE IS NO SUCH SIGN SAYING DROP BOX CLOSES CERTAIN TIME SO STOP CLOSING IT WAYYYY BEFORE U CLOSE. ITS VERY ANNOYING HAVING TO WALK AROUND THE BUILDING TO DROP OFF WHEN I EXPECT TO USE THE BOX. They also lost a package of mine and refused to refund me the money I lost from a sale. They claimed it was delivered and it wasn't.

We arrived at around 5:54 p.m., waited in line, and then were graciously assisted by Laura (Lauren?). She stayed after 6:00 p.m. to help us with a parcel. She even suggested a cheaper delivery option. What service!

Most of these mailmen/women lack COMMON SENSE and any sort of brain required to read the numbers of the homes to deliver packages. Not only have I had 2 packages not be able to be delivered bc my address doesn't exist, even though 1.I spoke with the company that sent the packages and the address is correct and 2.the other 3 packages delivered by ups that day say otherwise. Then when they finally deliver the boxes-with the name of the company on the outside of the box, they set the boxes on the top step, out in the open for EVERYONE to see and can be easily stolen. All they have to do is slide the package to the right while on the top step and it can be hidden behind the porch wall! What a thought! Hire some ppl with their heads on straight.

Not so much an experience at the facility but some of the people that deliver mail apparently can't read because they delivered my package to the wrong address and it's in big numbers on the building.

Every time you try to deliver a packet that needs to be directly given to me you don’t even knock on the door. You just leave a notice in the mail box saying you tried to deliver it: this is the second time. And I was home all day when both packets were suppose to be delivered.

Is this standard delivery? Mind you my porch is right there… and it’s storming… I can’t lift it, and had I been out I wouldn’t be able to get inside my own house because I am disabled and cannot skip steps!

They decided to return all my mail to senders all because I returned other addressees whom have never lived at my address. Whoever the carrier is here by lakeside park is just horrible carrier.

Shipped a return back. Gentleman at desk very helpful & patient. Very Professional. Considering how busy they were in the last hour of desk service for the day the employees handled it like a breeze. My Thanks & apprecia1qqq1tion to our government employees who are unfortunately more often criticized, let's show our appreciation for a job most wouldn't do...example mail carriers/ drivers ( for areas that are not always easily gotten to.) I know myself the weather they endure in Wisconsin can be unbearable, yet we still get our mail...even if for 1 or 2 days it was putting the employees at risk, is there really anything so important a day or 2 would matter? That & the complaints that they're so slow delivering, does anyone ever think about the fact they have to recieve it before they can deliver it! I've had nothing but pleasent mail delivery employees. Thank you!
