My child got locked out of her phone. After going to the other US Cellular in town and being told there is nothing they could do. I went to this one and the person there figured it out within minutes. Natalie was excellent to work with she got us in the phone within minutes of being there. Will definitely go to her from now on.

I purchased a new iPhone 12 pro max at the N Main St Location. My Sales person was Alicia Redman, was fabulous. She took the time to walk me through my current plan, explained things to me. She was great. I would highly recommend this location in FDL and ask for Alicia, she is very professional. Highly Recommend if you need service or a new phone.

Stay away from US Cellular in Fond du Lac WI. It is their policy to allow one person per associate in the store. Walk in with your son just to buy a phone case, too bad, one of you waits outside. I told them I didn't need an associate, they said I could leave. No family decisions at that location, just liberal, baseless, knee-jerk reactions to make themselves think they're doing something.

Best us cellular in town! The other one is good too, but this one is definitely the one I would go to! They're so knowledgeable and willing to help with any issue you have!

I had ran my phone over on Easter..A bit of a mishap on the insurance portion.They where able to give me a loaner phone.Jenna Abitz helped me for like a month back and forth with insurance issues..She was the best..SO THANK YOU JENNA ya don't find good passinate employees like that that go above and beyond their expectations..

Very good service from Hunter. I was at the Johnson street location and the guy there told me they don't do plans. That's a lie he just didn't want to deal with me. He would have if I was interested in a new phone. My advice is to stay away from the store on Johnson and pioneer. Much better to go to the north Main Street location by Walgreens.
