I figured they were going to be too busy to help. However, the lady who helped me was beyond nice and helped me immediately with my tires. She was kind, prompt, and professional. Brakes, struts, wheel bearings, almost anything I've needed they've handled. And at very competitive pricing! I've never gotten my car back and the problem wasn't fixed, or worse something ELSE be not working. It's not a fancy looking place but these guys fix cars well, and that's all that matters to me.”
“I normally have nothing but anxiety and bad feelings when I'm at a mechanic place. Have been burnt so many times. But at Fonddulac tire just going in and talking with Joe and his wife they make you feel safe and like family. He don't sugar coat crap and doesn't try to rip you off like most places do. Very kind ,very thorough and thoughtful. He actually takes time and explains things well and doesn't leave you wondering and doesn't mislead you. And not to mention they have the coolest dog ever behind the counter. I love this place.”

“Made an appointment at Walmart, dropped off my ford transit, 2 hours later they told me my van was to big for their lift and couldn't do the job. Called Matthew's, they were able to get me right in an change all 4 of my tires and get an alignment same day. Great costumer service.”

“I was able to call and get an appointment for the next day for an oil change. They have a nice waiting area, or McDonald’s is close enough to walk to. The service was excellent.”
