Tim’s crew did an exceptional job replacing my wheel bearings, sway bars, brakes and tires. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the service/communication was top tier!

My son had the Intoxalock device installed here. From the day it was installed, his dome light keeps coming on which is picked up on our security cameras. Not to mention we were told the install was $250 but we were charged $300. When I called about the issue, the owners wife was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. We took the car back in and we’re told it needs a new battery so we bought a new battery, yet the dome light keeps coming on. There was no effort made on this company’s part to resolve this issue. We are having the device removed and will pay another provider to install one correctly. Only posting this review to help others in avoiding the same treatment we have received

Terrible! Don’t bother. Took 4 atv tires for mounting. Charged me 109$!!!! Take anywhere else (Hansen’s) you’ll spend 30ish… mind you it wasn’t even balancing.Service: Tires

Had an alignment done at Tims. After alignment was done truck drove great but the steering wheel was not straight. Called Tim back and they straightened the wheel free of charge. Great people and great customer service.Service: Wheel alignment

All I can say is WOW! I have had the pleasure of working with Tim at Tim’s Alignment after a referral from my dad, and let me tell you, I am NOT disappointed! I was unfortunate enough to have been rear-ended and my car was totaled. I went in to Tim’s Alignment and spoke to Tim directly, told him my situation and asked how much to make it structurally sound and safe to drive. He gave me a quote (free of charge), and a few weeks later I took it in to get fixed (even though he said he would be able to get it in quicker, I couldn’t take it in earlier). It ended up being ready a few days prior to him telling me it would be (bonus!) and when I saw it, it looked brand new! I am AMAZED at how good it looks. I 10000% recommend this shop!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Chrissy and Brian are phenomenal. They were excellent customer advocates though out some technical difficulties with technology. They persisted until they found a resolution. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys great customer service.

Don’t go here. They went and overcharged me by almost $140. They charged me $60 to put a bolt in which was “labor cost”. They also charged me double the amount for mount and balance. I won’t go there again. They rip you off by a lot. He then tried to get up to fix my steering shaft there. They said $250 for the part but on autozone, it was actually $150. They didn’t call me before replacing the bolt. I could have got it done somewhere else cheaper and they knew that. They just wanted money.

Tim's Alignment is a Great family owned company to work for. Tim's Alignment and Auto Service is looking to expand their team of employees. We are looking for 2 technicians. One entry level technician who will be responsible for doing oil changes, tire rotations, and general maintenance on vehicles that come into the shop. The Second technician must have 3 years' experience, must be ASE certified (or must be willing to become ASE certified within the first year), must be able to, diagnose vehicle repairs, work on brakes, front end suspension, and knowledge of working on transmissions.
