Logan at Summit Automotive was great to work with. Always responsive and he took the time to send photos, videos and any information I requested in a timely manner. Very professional, courteous and a great sales person. Car arrived in great condition and as promised.

Jesse Slechta was extremely helpful. He was one of the best sales guys I have dealt with in recent years. Sadly for me, I got buyers remorse and realized I was too old to be driving this kind of sports car. Jesse checked to see if the dealership would buy the car back but it was too late in the year for that to happen. I bought the car for $30,999 and will be lucky if I can sell it for $23,000.

Purchased a 2016 f-350 with 40,000 miles sight unseen from them. Was assured that the truck had been inspected and was road ready and that if anything was wrong with it upon arrival that they would stand behind it (they didn’t). The salesman Ryan arranged for it to be shipped here to Tennessee which went flawlessly as their shipper was awesome. Truck got here around 4 a.m. so I didn’t have time to inspect it before going to work, when I got home that afternoon the truck had a flat tire, after further inspection I found all 6 tires were dry rotted and unsafe even though they claimed they were in “great shape” so I had to put tires on it the next day. Also was assured rust wouldn’t be an issue but found rust in most of the body mounts that was conveniently not in their video that talked about how “rust free” the truck was. Passenger side mirror is also damaged (appears to be melted) which wasn’t disclosed to me. Overall the rest of the truck appears to be fine they could just be a little more honest with how they advertise their vehicles as I wouldn’t have purchased this one knowing all the issues I listed above considering it was already priced thousands above retail.

The easiest auto purchase I've ever made. Ryan facilitated a deal over the phone w us, so we knew exactly what to expect when we showed up a cpl days later from out of town to take the vehicle. We were there less than 30 min, and it was awesome. We love our Type-R Civic! Thanks to the whole team involved in getting our car ready to go like that. ?

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Logan. In the simplest terms, the entire experience was extremely positive. Logan was readily available to provide guidance, pictures, and support; the entire process of purchasing a car, sight unseen, was made surprisingly stress free and straight forward. I truly appreciate Logan’s help throughout this process…also shout out to Zac, the finance manager who was great as well!

When it was time to lease a new vehicle, I contacted several dealers from Milwaukee to Kaukauna. I didn't think Summit would be able to compete with some of the bigger automotive groups, but they were notably less than every other dealership I worked with (~5 of them), and more impressively, they were much more transparent. I used to work at a dealership, so I have a sense of what is often hidden from the customer, and I was wholly impressed with Summit's honesty and forwardness.
Now, a few months after the purchases, I am still impressed (no buyer's remorse), and Summit has been extra helpful with post-purchase questions.
Update 8/2/2024:
I purchased a used 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Summit (my 4th purchase from Summit). Some salespeople are less enthusiastic than others, so ask for someone else if you're not impressed - the experience is excellent with the right person. I did have some challenges this time with vehicle readiness (missing rearview mirror, overflowed oil on the frame, and a flickering taillight), but Summit was very focused on resolving any issues I brought to their attention and seemed intent on addressing the root causes with the vehicle preparation team. They are just good people :-)
