The sales lady from this company scammed me and they refuse to do anything about it and have cut off my service due to an unpaid bill that I do not owe. I told this salesperson I didn't even own a TV and she signed me up for the obnoxious cable package anyway. They also won't give the phone number to their legal department, but I can get it. I can not even fathom how much time they are wasting on a bill that I am never going to pay. I did not ask for this service and I am not going to pay for it period.

Saturday July 22nd our internet and cable services went out ,no TV or internet to do anything and we called them and they are getting us help on the 25th of July, need the internet and TV

If you want WI FI that will disappoint and drop connections 3 or 4 times daily for no apparent reason I highly recommend this service provider.

Every time I call I get the run around, and your Automated system stinks it really does somebody should listen to it and you'll understand wha technician telling me? We can't do nothing right now I'll have to give you to somebody else Or you can call back later. You know what that gets real annoying? That's just passing the buck get your s*** together people

If you want internet that will go out on you numerous times during the day for no apparent reason I highly suggest Spectrum as a provider.Nothing is better than working on line, and getting the message, no internet connection. Does wonders for your blood pressure.

I've lost internet 5 days in a row now. They send a signal and it works for an hour or two and then we lose it. A tech came yesterday and replaced a couple bad cable ends and replaced our modem. funny I just replaced modem a little over a week ago. Now they can't get anyone to come for 3 days. Terrible service. We've had problems for years. Should have switched years ago.
