WiFi works well but billing sucks because I have to pay more than once a month because apparently when you pay your bills doesn't matter and they'll charge you earlier than when you last paid your bill, and there's no way to fix it because all of the contacts I've tried using haven't worked. Honestly the Wi-Fi isn't good enough for me to keep dealing with it and if something like that bothers you don't get it

Dealing with spectrum is so frustrating. It doesn't matter if it's by phone or in person it is very irritating. I went there in person and the person helping me was condescending, arrogant, and the atmosphere there was just all around uncomfortable. The other employees acted as though they were being put out having to do their job. Smh . Tell me why I have to be billed separately for my phone and Internet when it's a package deal .??UPDATE?? I went to spectrum again today. A much better experience Aydon was friendly, knowledgeable, and in less than 20 min I walked out with two new phones. He was a pleasure to work with. The last person I worked with was there again today and I overheard his customer service and I am grateful Aydon was the young man who helped me. Thanks Aydon for the "beautiful" experience. I will be specifically asking for you if I have to come back.

It was my 5th time in the store to get my elderly dad his new phone set up. I went in today and Aydin Ordonez helped me with my phone and had it setup in no time. There was another girl there named Bobbi that was also helpful to a customer when she came in. It was the best experience I have ever had there. They made my day.

It’s hit or miss with how the customer service is. The guy I worked with last year was great, very personable and knowledgeable. The guy I worked with a few days ago? Couldn’t answer basic questions like what will my bill be after switching phones and even got lost in the back room while finding the new phone (he admitted this). He seemed like he didn’t want to be there and my attempts to make small talk while we waited for the system was met with short disinterested answers. Guess everyone has their day, but this guy did the bare minimum to help. I was surprised he didn’t make a point to let me know that iPhones have switched to a different type of charger. I’ve had one in the past, but had no idea it needed a different charger.
I’m still shocked that they give you no discounts for having mobile and internet together. You’d think that would be a big reason to switch to Spectrum, but I guess not. The staff can’t really answer billing questions or set proper expectations because they seem to only be there to switch equipment and set up phones.

By far the worst internet service, I pay for a GIG and can’t stream shows uninterrupted let alone play games online. Have never switched services so fast

Rarely answer questions. Should have returned the phone as defective when I went in 3 times in a month of getting it. But they waited until the warranty was gone before they agreed it is bad. Now I either pay for a new one or repair this one
