Fantastic business! My 30 year old fridge died and I shopped on their website, called in my order and they delivered, set up my new fridge and even hauled away the old one... the very next day!!!

I accidentally put hand soap in a dishwasher purchased from Ray's (not a fun mistake!). It was past warranty, but they were very helpful and gave me directions to fix it myself and save a service call. It is running great again! Super helpful! :)

I just had to comment on the amazing customer service at Ray's TV and Appliance. Kim was amazing and helped me find Dan who solved my problem. I was treated with kindness and respect and I greatly appreciate that. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated and the kindness and professionalism I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have their TV repaired or they just have an issue that they not need dealt with. thank you Kim and Dan I appreciate you.

Ray's was coming out to fix my oven on December 27th. However they had a cancellation on Christmas Eve and called to come fix my oven on that day. What a fantastic and wonderful surprise that they would come out on Christmas Eve (and a Saturday to boot)....no extra charge either.

Our oven quit working in the middle of Christmas cookie baking. We ran over to Ray's and they were able to get a new one delivered to us the very next day. Service above and beyond!! I highly recommend this store.

Bought washer and dryer at separate times. Dealt with owner both times. Fair price for both items both work great. When we needed a new refrigerator, knew where to go. Again, worked with owner. Bought a nicer Samsung refrigerator. Only had 1 year warranty. Just after warranty expired, ice machine stopped working. I stopped in and spoke with them, not the owner, but one of the staff. They recommended changing water filter using Samsung filter, not an aftermarket. Bought filter from them, thawed ice from maker, changed filter. Within 3 days, froze up again. Called Ray’s, was told $100 just to come take a look. After doing some research, found I was not only one that had issues with Samsung ice makers. Called Samsung see what they could do. They told me they wanted to send tech out to repair. Said they would take care of parts and labor. Well, go figure they couldn’t find one to come out. Asked me to find local tech. I called Ray’s, and asked if they would honor this offer from Samsung. Was told “no, we won’t. Samsung won’t work with us so we’re not working with them.” Really!? Not sure who I was speaking with at Ray’s, but she went as far to tell me she doesn’t recommend Samsung with dispensers to anyone. Just disappointed. Spent around $3500 for a quality appliance from a local place and can’t even use features without spending how much more.
