Keith was awesome to work with at Pit Stop Plus! I needed new tires and he ordered them over the phone and installed them right away! Very knowledgeable and one of the cleanest car repair shops I've seen! We will now be regular customers and couldn't be happier about it!

Soooo my car was over heating and I had a coolant problem..they say they fixed the hoses and it costed me 350 I picked the car up yesterday and on the road to home, I’m currently at a gas station waiting on a tow because the same thing that took me to that shop is happening again. Smh they really took my money and did nothing to fix this ford explorer. Doesn’t even heat up, I’m cold as ever waiting on a tow smh, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you ever need your vehicle repaired, definitely go to Pit Stop Plus on Main St. The two best mechanics in Fond du Lac work there. I had some issues with my vehicle yesterday and ended up after work having to drive it directly there. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday and fully expected not to have my vehicle back until then. Dominick called me today and told me what was wrong with it and what it would cost to repair. He then proceeded to tell me that it probably would be finished by the end of the day! I cannot thank Dominick and Keith enough for ALWAYS being kind, honest, trustworthy and understanding! Both Keith and Dominick always do a stellar job and let you know what needs to be fixed right away and what repairs can wait. I cannot say enough nice things about both of them! I give Pit Stop Plus 10 stars!

I called because it would be at least 2 weeks to get into my dealership to get my radiator looked at and Pit Stop Plus got me in in 2 days. They determined my radiator was leaking and installed a new one along with checking all my other fluids. The pricing was very fair and I would recommend them very highly as a trusted auto repair shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down the best in the business! Quick to get you in if you’re in a time crunch, thoroughly explains things and they do not overwhelm you when you are already stressed due to vehicle issues! A 5 star rating is not high enough!
