I am seriously considering shopping at Piggly wiggly. I had the worst experience. Shopping here today .you had 1 checker. The people who are supposed to help at the self check out were not helpfull and your new app is useless. I am not jumping through hoops just to get one sale item. I am so disappointed in the service at this store. I've shopped here for years and I think I'm done with you people.

Why are there so many hoops to jump through to get the savings on items? It should be as easy as 1 card 1 price? Grocery prices are already extremely higher than normal and now you have to have your phone, coupons, the ad, etc tosave some money, CONFUSING AND TIMELY! And then when something goes wrong and you try to get the sale price the lady at the self checkout says ,"OH WELL!" I tried to share that it frustrates people to the point they will shop elsewhere and her response was, "They will come back" That is probably true since there are so few choices but it could be a better and more pleasant experience. Not so great customer service :( and a way to start your Monday morning.

They will refuse any prescription if they hear noise/ yelling in the background i just had back surgery they refused to refill my prescription just because they heard yelling in the background that could be kids outside tv a radio ect.

When I was checking out there was this old lady that was a employee she was lurking around ver my shoulder accusing me of stealing I had also forgot my card so I had my son bring it over wile I was waiting she kept on bugging me about paying even tho I told he the situation multiple times

The bathroom are the nastiest. They smell aweful. They don't seem to clean the toilets ENOUGH times through the day. I tried to use a stall , smelled aweful. Went to the next stall over. Smelt worse. I ended up just holding to use the bathroom somewhere else after shopping. They should have plug in air fresheners in the restrooms as well, to help whatever is going on.

They need to have more people checking out customers. I know it is hard to find employees. Why don't manager,assist. manager,people in different areas learn how to do these tasks and help out. It happens about 75 percent of the time not juist around holidays. People are backed up 5 or 6 deep waiting to check out. No I am not going through self checkout with a basket full of groceries. It is bad enough you have to bag your groceries. Let's face facts- corporate wants you to get in the habit of doing your own checkout.

Called multiple times to get my prescription switched to pick n save pharmacy. They were suppose to call my provider to get the approval so that I was able to do so, however I have called them 3 times and even stopped in twice to ask if they had called my pharmacy. Nothing has been done and I’m going on almost two weeks without my prescription transferred.

The lack of COVID precautions with this organization is incredibly concerning. I was in the store for less than 19 minutes and saw 5 customers not wearing a mask. Two of these individuals were in produce, and were coughing everywhere. None of the employees were addressing the customers who weren't wearing masks. I spoke to customer service and a manger to inquire about their mask policy. I was told that employees were specifically told NOT to approach customers who aren't wearing masks, in effort to avoid confrontation. This is incredibly irresponsible and is a health and safety risk to the community. If you are in a high risk category (or anyone for that matter), I'd highly encourage you to shop with a safer company.
