I have never written a bad review before and it makes me sad to do so, but unfortunately it is warranted. I dropped my simple wedding dress off 2 weeks before my wedding to be pressed. When my mom went to pick it up at the end of the week, there was a brand new stain on the front of the dress. My mom noticed and requested it be cleaned - because they don't do the cleaning in house, they sent it to a location in Whitefish Bay promising they would get it out. But they didn't! It was three days before the wedding and they said it was the best they could do and still charged me for the pressing of my dress even though they stained it while it was in their possession. I took it to Georgetown cleaners and they got the stain out in 3 hours of dropping it off! Because of this experience, I am extremely disappointed in Model Cleaners and would not recommend anyone taking their wedding dresses there.
