I had a great experience buying a truck from these guys, and I live in Oregon. Alex P. was super helpful. It was a bit weird buying a truck remotely, but Alex did everything he could to make the transaction smooth. It's a great truck and now, six months later, it's as solid as the day it rolled off the line.

We had been searching for the right lightly used SUV for about a year. Found a pristine option for a fair price at Lenz Truck. They provided detailed information about the work they had done on the SUV since buying it, CarFax, and all other info. Very transparent. They patiently showed us all the features more than once and were very professional and helpful from start to finish. Definitely recommend them and we will go there again for our next vehicle.

I live in Manvel TX and purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 19k miles. My sales rep Baldemar Rodriguez-Reyes did a great job in finding exactly what I wanted. He sent me pics of the vehicle and assured me the vehicle was in great condition. He made the process very simple. The Jeep was delivered in beautiful shape. They also replaced the rotors and tires free of change! I would highly recommend this dealership!

I was looking to trade in a vehicle and purchase another one. I checked around a few car lots and decided to work with Tyler Andrew at Lenz. Tyler was professional, comfortable texting, and super easy to work with. No pressure at all and no sales games. The process was quick and simple. Everyone at Lenz was extremely friendly and just good trustworthy people. They also offered a bundle deal to do undercoat, interior and exterior protectant. Their shop handles everything.

I found a 2012 ram 3500 that had a "great history and was very well taken care of" for a very high price so I decided to invest into it. The next day I got in touch with a salesperson from the dealership by the name of Nick Kimpel. I asked him about the history of the truck, and specifically if there was any rust of my kind on the under part of the truck. Nick told me the truck was in amazing shape with only one owner and it was garage kept so there was no rust at all. Since I live in Chicago, I wasn't able to come in and inspect the truck myself so I simply believed Nick because that dealership has good ratings online. We did all the financing online and 4 days later I come to pick up the truck and I drove it home. It was pouring very hard that day so I also wasn't able to inspect it fully at the dealership. Once I got home, I was surprised and disappointed when I fully checked the truck out. The entire bottom of the truck is rusted as well as a lot of other parts needs to be replaced. When I tried to reach out to Nick, he simply said there's nothing that can be done and that he doesn't care. The general manager didn't answer any of my calls and Nick simply stopped as well. I don't recommended anyone to go to Lenz Truck Fond Du Lac,WI dealership unless you want to get scammed. Kestas

I did the instant cash offer through Kelly Bluebook on their website. I realize there would be room for negotiation because they hadn't even seen the truck yet. The Kelley Blue Book price was 18,378, in the confirmation letter we got said they were interested in purchasing our truck and this offer was only good at the participating dealer. So we took a half a day trip to take it in and figure out a fair price for the truck per The instructions on the offer. I was totally upfront about surface, rust and bad tires. that was literally the only thing wrong with the truck. After checking it over, the gentleman took us in a room and told us the offer online is a very vague offer and he offered us 14,000. Really 4000 less!?!? The only explanation was they don't have availability to Fix body work, it's backed up 6 Weeks. Their website says they will come to a fair deal. Don't believe it!!Maybe put that on the website as our time and money were wasted because they lack transparency. . At no time did they offer to trade it for something they had in stock. I will never shop there again.

Have had the absolute best experience purchasing my new to me Expedition through Alex Penn at Lenz! It can be kind of scary making a big purchase without physically seeing the new vehicle, but Alex was very patient with me from beginning to end and felt very confident with his help! Answered any and all of my questions, and was very patient with my millions of questions and not the "typical" pushy type attitude you sometimes run into with car sales associates! When my Expedition came, I was beyond thrilled and it is JUST perfect! I found a couple minor things I wanted fixed and Alex and Dan were both so accommodating and on top of putting me in contact with a local Ford dealership! I am beyond satisfied and will definitely look to Lenz for any future vehicle needs!!!

He provided me with all of the information I needed to make my decision, which was one of the easiest decisions I have ever made regarding the purchase of a vehicle.
