The repair on my ring was completed beautifully, economically, quickly, and with excellent customer service to match. They also have a great selection of jewelry and offer custom designs. Each time I walked in, I was wow’d by the customer service and attention. I think I’ve found a new jeweler.

We worked closely with Craig, who is the owner of Krail Jewelry, on finding an oval halo semi mount for a loose natural diamond. Craig was able find a beautiful mounting that fits the diamond perfectly. The ring looks stunning and we were charged a very reasonable price. The staff at Krail Jewelry provide excellent customer service and attention to detail. If you are looking for a quality Jeweler in the Fond du Lac area definitely visit Krail Jewelry.

I have bought lots of jewelry here for my daughter. Diamond fell out of earrings, and garnet fell out of ring. Such beautiful stuff but they need to make it more durable.

I found the owner very compassionate & caring and considerate to my needs! I would highly recommend this establishment! I had a ring that was burned in a crematorium and the owner brought it back to like new. I couldn't believe it! I was more than touched! I'm so grateful to have found this establishment and truly blessed. The owner is an amazing man! I just want to say thank You from the bottom of my heart!

Krail Jewelry did an incredible job fixing the prongs on my engagement ring and resizing it. They cleaned the ring and it’s just gorgeous! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Work is done in house as well!
