My son and I were shopping for summer shirts and shorts. My son is a big guy and he found what he was looking for, pretty much. It would have been helpful to have a salesclerk to assist us.

Too pricey for me and their women's clothes are too trendy and the materials used to make women's clothing is ultra thin, forcing the need to purchase camisoles or tank toos so your undergarments don't show. The lines are long and always slow.

Parking lot is like a land mine hit it. Didn't have item I was looking for in stock. Not a big selection in shoe sizes. Store could use a remodel.

I don't appreciate their price gouging markups.. we found a jacket, I scanned the barcode on the khols app, it showed one price (for the exact size and color of the jacket at this specific location, took a screen shot of it), but when we went up to the register to pay for it, it range up as $90 and not the $25.60 that the khols app said, and even though the screen shot was taken 5 minutes earlier, they would not honor it, and said oh that must have been the old price..
