Prices at Joann can be outrageous, but sometimes you have to buy fabrics from there. Associate seemed annoyed was not helpful what so ever when trying to find a very specific fabric. I ended up at hobby lobby where an Associate there was able to brainstorm with me until I was able to find out the right type! Sadly, I had to go back to Joanns to purchase it, because they were the only ones in town that carried it.

All of the workers at this location are very friendly and helpful. The store is always well stock and clean. I drive an extra 30 miles to avoid the Joann’s in my area and go to this one

Management needs to do something about the “dog training” classes that are being held in the store. There are large groups of dogs that are off leash. This is the second time I came into the store and had this problem. Not fair for the customers that are scared or uncomfortable around dogs. I understand the store is dog friendly but this is excessive and ruins the shopping experience.

Let me start by saying that this company surly doesn't care about their employees. Further more the amount of staff coverage is horrible. I have worked with Chris Hiemstra almost every time. Due to a corporate change her full time job was eliminated and she was expected to go part time and take a $5.00 per hour cut in pay. She earned sick days and vacation days and will loose many of what she earned. Shame on you Joanne Fabric!!! She was a valuable asset to this store. She loved her job and was awsome at what she did. Her knowledge and willingness to help a customer was what keeps many coming in.I feel very strongly that this company needs be boycotted! They don't deserve to have mine nor anyone else's business!
