I went to this one and the person there figured it out within minutes. Natalie was excellent to work with she got us in the phone within minutes of being there. Will definitely go to her from now on.”
“Dealing with spectrum is so frustrating. It doesn't matter if it's by phone or in person it is very irritating. I went there in person and the person helping me was condescending, arrogant, and the atmosphere there was just all around uncomfortable. The other employees acted as though they were being put out having to do their job. Smh . Tell me why I have to be billed separately for my phone and Internet when it's a package deal .??UPDATE?? I went to spectrum again today. A much better experience Aydon was friendly, knowledgeable, and in less than 20 min I walked out with two new phones. He was a pleasure to work with. The last person I worked with was there again today and I overheard his customer service and I am grateful Aydon was the young man who helped me. Thanks Aydon for the "beautiful" experience. I will be specifically asking for you if I have to come back.”

“My Samsung went crazy the other night, the assistant would not stop talking and the phone locked up! So instead of throwing it thru my window, I went to this Verizon store, arriving just before close. There was a nice young man working, named Jack. He took my phone and figured out how to shut the assistant up! And how to get my phone working again. And figured out how I could use the speech to text again, plus he did this quickly! I have always been able to figure out phone issues, but not this time! The last update Samsung did is horrible. So, Jack saved my phone ( and my) life. Patient, kind, and very intelligent is i would describe Jack. Which now gives this Verizon store a very high rating! Thank you, Jack!”
