“My Samsung went crazy the other night, the assistant would not stop talking and the phone locked up! So instead of throwing it thru my window, I went to this Verizon store, arriving just before close. There was a nice young man working, named Jack. He took my phone and figured out how to shut the assistant up! And how to get my phone working again. And figured out how I could use the speech to text again, plus he did this quickly! I have always been able to figure out phone issues, but not this time! The last update Samsung did is horrible. So, Jack saved my phone ( and my) life.
