I will say this first. It was a sales person from the holiday budget center was the one that helped me find the vehicle on the holiday ford lot. As a first time vehicle buyer they made the process simple. It took a little bit to find a vehicle I liked but I think that was more they don't make them with captain seats that don't have the annoying center console I like my leg room and an arm rest. But the sales rep worked with me and we found a good fit with a bench seat. It was in my budget I said I wanted it and a deal was closed the next day. So all and all a pleasant experience

Found a great used vehicle in Holidays inventory that I wanted look at. Tony Deich met with me and when it was time to work out a deal, made the whole process easy and stress free. They were able to get me financing that fit within my budget and I drove the vehicle home that same day. This was my first experience with Holiday, and I will be sure to check back with them the next time I’m in the market for a new or used car.

Excellent quality service work repairs. Waited long time for it though due to work log so full and labor shortages. This previous one was for body work performed following an accident/collision caused by someone else to my vehicle. Dealership's collision repair area was backed up 90-180 days for various repairs and this was further complicated by certain parts necessary for the service being not immediately available for installation.
My most recent service for same vehicle was not related to this previous accident repair. This recent repair in August of 2024 is still not fully and satisfactorily completed and all 4 error/safety monitor system warnings were still present after this 1st phase of repair. They finished this initial stage saying I still needed to replace a defective speed sensor that was not in stock. To date this has cost $1300 so far and they also impose a 3% upcharge surcharge service charge if you use credit card to pay for services which was not communicated to me prior to scheduling this service! Buyer beware. I have yet to schedule the remaining service (so they say) for the speed sensor replacement. If that does not resolve the issues for which I originally scheduled the service, I would reduce the review rating to 1 star or zero stars if that is possible. We shall see. Accolades though for them getting our vehicle in within one week of us calling this most recent problem issue with our vehicle with our 2018 vehicle which incidentally only has 42,000 miles on it as of this writing.

We highly recommend Holiday Ford for your vehicle needs. From the start we were treated with respect, kindness, and top knowledge of the employees. We felt like a family member and not a number. Matthew got to know us so he could recommend a vehicle and add ons that fit our needs. He was not pushy at all. Tony introduced himself to us in case Matthew wasn’t available in the future. That was above and beyond. Russ in finance was also a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable and took great care of us during the stressful time of making a large purchase. We had an overall awesome experience. A+++++ service!!!! Thank you Matt, Tony, and Russ.

Came in and test drove a truck and ended up buying it. It went smoothly and painlessly. The process was actually pretty quick. The team answered all my questions and helped me out to get a price I liked in the end. They took their time and explained everything I wanted to know, along with showing me features etc. All employees I delt with were outstandingly friendly. I WILL be coming back in the future. The 45 minute drive was worth it. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
