My visit was a disaster to the point I waited 5+ hours and got NOTHING done on my vehicle. Apparently an appointment means nothing to Holiday unless I wait at the dealership. I told them, like I've always done, "I'm going to the coffee shop to work" but apparently this means "sometimes today but we're not going to make it a priority or communicate when we're really going to service it". They told me their "policy" is "If you take the shuttle they consider it a 'drop-off' vs. 'waiting' and we'll do it sometime during the day, but not necessarily at the time of the appointment."WHAT A JOKE! I've utilized Holiday for many years even though other choices are closer.

Since moving back to Wisconsin this was the best experience that we have had when purchasing a vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Joe, he made it fun and pretty much seamless from start to end. We have already shared our experience with some of our friends. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Came in on a Thursday looking at 4 diffrent trucks to add 2 to 3 of them to out fleet. Due to bank needing a form i had to wait for Monday for my accountant to get me that form. Wednesday late afternnon i got a call saying im all good for loan for both trucks. The loan officer was off thursday so she asked if i could come Friday morning. Well i get a call Thursday afternoon being told they sold one of the trucks. I am still absolutly pissed about this. I have lost a ton of trust in this company. I have bought many trucks and sent people here. It will be hard even doing business here again. They got me a truck similar to it that im personally not to happy with but thats all they could find. Would i buy any more company trucks here again or recommend someone here. Most likely not.
