The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Brady at Holiday Mazda made the process very smooth and was able to get me the vehicle I wanted within my price range. I would definitely recommend looking for a vehicle here and going through Brady!

Let's talk about the return of hospitality.
I am a Texan and bought a Suburban from this dealership. (Why? Because the deal was fair and I wanted something specific)
Joe Griese (Sales Manager) worked a full deal over the phone for me. Even sent a driver to pick us up from the airport.
The staff at this dealership reminded me what the old hospitality days use to be like.
Glad to see honest people who don't make you feel like you're walking into a scam. Everything was transparent from start to finish.
Highly recommend checking them out for new and used vehicles.

The staff that greets you upon entry are superb—very warm and welcoming, the nicest I've seen anywhere! What saddens me is this is the second time I've scheduled an appointment to have my truck serviced, and once again, Holiday has failed to provide satisfactory service.
Before my arrival, I called to confirm that all parts for my repair were in stock. I was assured they were. However, upon arrival, I was informed that not all parts were available, including those for a radio repair and the recall on my airbag. They told me they needed to use my airbag for another customer and that the other one in stock was reserved for someone else arriving later that day. This means I now have to schedule a third visit and take additional time off work to bring my truck in for repair, which is very inconvenient.
Additionally, they did not have the parts for the radio swap out. When I asked for a new quote for only the radio, the staff refused to print one and instead verbally quoted $2000. When I asked them to recheck the quote, as a standard radio should not cost $2000, the gentleman insisted that was the price and would not verify it.
After two days without my vehicle, nothing has been fixed, and the communication and service from the service center have been poor. I hope others do not experience the same issues.

Ryan is an excellent salesman TRAINed to service all your needs. He always stays on track until he's sure you've got what you need.
Alex was able to sell me a car that fit my needs and helped me with some excellent financial advice on the side.

Purchased a used vehicle from Choua at Holiday. He was great to work with, from choosing it through delivery. He was helpful as well as professional throughout. He explained all the features on the car so I felt confident driving it home. Second car we've purchased from Holiday and probably won't be the last.

Wife needed a bigger car for more grandkid seats. Saw the new Traverse RS, at Holiday and went to check it out. Was met by Noah Ziegler, who agreed to take some time to explain the new 2024 model. He was very knowledgeable and was great explaining this new “George Jetson” drives itself, kinda vehicle to me. Wife and I were hooked.
Then the let’s make a deal part starts.
At first it was wasn’t what we wanted.
Tim Schmitz comes into play, we bend, he bends and I’m happy to say We didn’t need to leave Fondy to buy Grandmas new car.
We left feeling great, like we got the better deal.

I purchased my vehicle about 2 years ago. That experience was great however when I purchased it they told me that before my warranty was to expire I should bring my car back and they would go through it and make sure everything was good. I thought wow that's great service. So I called to make the appointment as my warranty is ready to expire. When I called the service lady was rude and not helpful at all. I will take my car somewhere else to get it checked and will not go back to buy next car there.

Holiday and Tony are great. They helped my family through a very tuff time after we total our car. If you plan to buy a car, truck or suv go see Tony Deich at Holiday automotive. He and Holiday are the best. Definitely will buy another car from them. Thank you Tony for everything.

Went in to look at used chevy blazers. Found a 2021 model which has been sitting since December. After driving and inspecting, we found several areas in need of proper paint correction and small blemishes. Traction knob on center was broke as well. We went to speak with tim who was extremely rude to me and my mother. Tim was unwilling to listen to us on price and issues the vehicle had. If head management would like to make it right and continue to have a customer for life, please contact me. Otherwise we will go elsewhere.

I purchased a 2019 Equinox the end of October 2023. I was extremely happy with my salesman, Beau. Recently I was getting a message on my dash that my front passenger tire needed air. I filled it. 2 days later same thing. I was due for an oil change. It was discovered that the air pressure sensors were NOT RESET after the tires were rotated before I bought it. I ended up with an almost completely flat back passenger tire because the sensors were off!! I was filling the front passenger until the car beeped twice. Turns out the front tire was extremely overfilled, 40+, by me & the back was down to 15!! I filled until the double beeps. Since the sensors were not reset I was doing it wrong!! Very scary to think of the danger I was putting myself in.
