I recently had an oil change, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed the job quickly, which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Came in for an oil change. As my car is a Honda, filters not immediately available. I was offered a shuttle ride to a coffee shop or shopping while I waited. After I mentioned the tire pressure light continued to be on Alyssa had them take all 4 tires off to check for any leaks. All this without me having an appointment. Thank you all so much for your help!

We had a horrible customer experience here today. I had called and talked to a lady about which Holiday our appointment for our oil change was at and if we could use a $35 card that we had gotten in the mail at this location. She said that the card was good at all locations. We arrived on time for our oil change to be told that we didn’t have an appointment but the appointment was confirmed earlier that morning. They fit us in after some talking but after the oil change was complete and my husband was about to pay he was told that the card was not good at this location. The employee was rude about it and my husband ended up paying the full amount. I called to talk to the service center after I found out what happened and talked with Jennifer. She was rude and told me that the card says Holiday Ford on it and I should have known. I told her that’s why I asked the person I talked with this morning about it. (Unfortunately I couldn’t remember her name). We will never return to this shop again. The customer service was horrible and what you are told from one employee may not be what another employee will tell you.
