ABSOLUTELY HATE GAME STOP AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEMD TO ANYONE. THE GUY THAT MADE THIS BUSINESS HAS GOT TO BE A BILLIONAIRE. THEY BUY A PLAYSTATION 5 REMOTE FROM YOU FOR AROUND $15 CASH AND THEN TURN AROUND AND SELLL IT FOR $60.00! Why not just spend the extra $10 instead of making someone else rich. Same thing with games, they will give you $8 for a game and sell it for $40.00

OK first of Austin needs to not ignore phone calls. I just went into the store to get the game I didn't get the day before and I just wanted to know that I can come get it. When I entered the store I made the call to see what he would do. He just keeps ending the call and then did it to another person that was trying to call too. I think he may need some retraining and answer the phone when ppl call

Helpful employees great place to go for people who love games and collectables. Trade-ins are fair for the most part could be alittle better but overall love gamestop.

This GameStop has served me well for many years. Made lots of friends there. However, there's this new young woman working there who definitely does not enjoy her job.

Game stop is still an ok place to stop and get games from time to time. But I do feel like it is a failing company and going to a smaller Mom and Pop gaming store is a better choice. I have found that game stop is just not as good now a days as it first was.

Bought a headset the day before, didn't like it, cashier tells me he can't return cause the box is open but I had the receipt, bogus company, will not be going back ever again

Staff is always very helpful and chatty. Knowledgeable and willing to help fing you what you are looking for or offer suggestions if you don't know what you are looking for. Store is always clean and organized.

The worker seemed super annoyed by my question. I was just asking because they were the first GameStop I had ever seen to not sell the specific gift card I was looking for.

Went in (08/25/2022) to decide what gaming console I should get. Mari and her co-worker were awesome and explained their like and dislike on the console I was considering. They also informed me of different games that were coming out and also informed me I could pre-order them. I didn't walk out with a console, BUT I did walk out with a backpack and matching wallet along with stuffed animals.

I went to a different GameStop looking for a certain game. They didn't have the game I was looking for, and it turned out that this store was the ONLY location around that had it!Needless to say I hopped back into the car and went to pick it up right away!

Honestly, I never thought I'd have to writing this. I'm truly disappointing that I just don't enjoy my experience coming to this store anymore. I've been mislead, confused by procedures, and lied too by staff. I was told that my PowerUp Rewards account was going to be fixed, both by this store and PowerUp Rewards Support! Yet, my account isn't fixed and can't access almost 80k in points that I've earned over ther past nine or ten years or so; instead a new account that hasn't yet connected to my old account! Told to use my PU Rewards account to order online when I can't even sign in, and to top that off told I'm on a call list for items that would be in stock and yet never a single call; instead everytime I called, wondering if not a couple other questions, the staff would seem put off and irritated that I 'asked again'. Really sad and hope that store can find a rise cause this has been my ongoing experience for the past three years.Thanks.
