WHY IS THERE NOWHERE TO SIT BY THE POOL????Also not impressed with how the pool is supervised. The teenaged life guards seem more interested in talking to each other than watching the pool. The lessons we took were also taught by teenagers and were just not adequate. We'll be seeking out lessons elsewhere.

This is the worst location that I've ever been to. My family was a military family and I was here for my husbands duty originally from Los Angeles, California. I was upstairs working out as everyone does and an EMPLOYEE comes up to me and says that I was "distracting" someone because I was wearing a sports bra while working out. I had on full pants and the sports bra was a thick Nike cut that was basically a tank top. She was an older white woman and being a young black woman I knew the vibes. I now have 24 Hour Fitness and will never go to a YMCA in Wisconsin ever again. I have been to YMCAs across the USA after this nasty encounter; I even went back and had a nasty experience years later with a completely different employee. Customer service is lacking at this location as far as what is appropriate to do and what isn't. I love going to the gym as most people that have memberships do! I love it when the employees are actually trainers because they care about their clients a bit more if that makes sense.

I come a few times a week be cause my 11 year old daughter has to get in 3 hours of practice a week for her travel basketball team in summer. We NEVER get a good workout in the gym. Unsupervised kids. No parents to be seen and they're so disrespectful I absolutely hate it. Foul language and jumping from hoop to hoop even if they have the whole gym to shoot around in.i absolutely hate it and now that it's summer we will be practicing outside and 8m trying to get the key to her school gym.

Homeless congregating in lobby. took my young family here on a Sunday to swim as we are members. I looked for a place to nurse my infant and watch them swim but found the lobby chairs filled with what I believe to be 8 or so unkept homeless people who were slumped in chairs sleeping with very powerful body odors. There seems to be no regulation on who can enter or use this lobby area which takes away from the paying member’s feeling of safety and overall experience. The facility itself is nice but the unsettling feeling that my cell phone was going to be snatched from my stroller left young families like my own scared to return.

They charge $15 for a day pass which is too much. 8-10 dollars is more in the ballparkWill update after visitStill a little expensive but a good gym. Equipment placement was a little tight in some areas. The steam room was great wish it stayed open longer then 2 pm (Edit: they have expanded the hours)Update: I have relocated to the area and the monthly price is much better. I actually love this Y. Probably my 3rd favorite gym in all my travels and the best pool! Staff is friendly and the place feels well cleaned and taken care of. Great price if you are under 30

Can't work out when I want to. The gym is too small for so many members. I can't go work out when I want to but when I can find an opening. If you monitor my attendance, you will find that I seldom go. And when I do go, at times I find members asking if they could use the wieghts that I am using. So overall, I am paying to much for the membership.

I’m kind of bummed About my experience hereI don’t normally make reviews but I’m hoping maybe enough reviews from the community maybe they would change a few things. The women at the front desk seem kind and willing to share lots of info despite what other reviewers are sayingMy issue is with the facility itselfFirst the pool if you can even get there when it’s open since it has very weird specific hoursBut I know that’s just low staffingBut the water is freezing coldMy daughter was blue when we swam and then to come out and realize there was no towels like every other ymca I’ve ever been at hasI had to try and warm us up in the showers and I couldn’t even get the shower warmI felt awful for my daughter. On top of all of that my daughter was so excited for the playground she kept seeing outside and finally it was warm enough I go and ask the front desk about it and they say it’s only for the childcare kids and upon asking if they had anything for younger kids like a indoor playroom like other ymcas they said they had the pool (which was closed) and that was jtI also have used the gym a few timesIt’s not bad they have a lot of equipmentIt’s really cramped and felt kind of awkward with the set up but not badI felt a little uncomfortable leaving my 3 year old in the child dropIt seemed like the workers had no idea what was going on they didn’t even ask my daughters name or anythingThe workers always seem different each time I’m thereAnd it’s always weird when I go pick her up I kind of just stand there until a worker finally notices meSeems like you should probably be paying attention to who comes in and out of the daycare areaBut my daughter had fun each time and this last time the workers seemed very sweet and interactiveOverall I think they need more and maybe better trained staff and the whole facility needs updatingThis isn’t a small buisness they have tons of funding they should be able to tweak a few things to make it a better and easier accessible building for familiesEvery other ymca I’ve been to has had a better setup and better hoursIt’s a bummer we have a family membership but have to travel to Oshkosh or Neenah to go to a decent facilityAlmost easier to just get a day pass at a nice hotel for a few bucks to use their pool and amenitiesHave lived here for a year now and only been to the y a handful of timesMostly only for the gym since my daughter doesn’t even really have fun here I was hoping to be able to come here often to do laps and daily gym and have my daughter in the programs for toddlers and have fun weekends swimming and playing with her but with the odd hours and lack of staff/options to doWe most likely won’t attend this specific location again.

Suddenly don’t offer day passes, so kids can only go if you buy a monthly membership. If they were having problems with kids not behaving there is other ways versus cutting the day passes out. The people with the money control what happens here.

I really like the y. It's a great place for me to workout and it's 5 minutes from my house. But I looked online to make sure they were open at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon. It said they were open until 4:30 so I quick left to make sure I could get my full workout in. When I get there all the doors are locked and there's a sign saying they closed at 2. I just wish they would have update their hours online so I didn't waste my gas driving here.

Over priced and half machines don't work. No one wipes anything down and employees upstairs are too busy on their phones or laptop to monitor anything. Definitely went way down hill
