What a GREAT experience and service from the moment I walked in the door until when I walked out with my brand new computer that was built exactly to my needs and expectations. Marlend took time with me when I picked up my new computer to go over all the programs, which really was wonderful. He also went above and beyond to provide me with some specific programs I had asked about. So excited to work with Microsoft Publishing and other's on my new computer> All this with peace of mind that I have F1 Systems to help me with any of my computer needs and maintenance moving forward. Was looking for a graphics card for my hubby for his birthday, and couldn't find one anywhere. I Saw that they had one in stock, called right away and was able to get it shortly after.. very nice and great to work with...will keep them in mind for the future...

Marlend was absolutely great to work with. Despite the fact that graphics cards are insanely difficult to get a hold of, especially at retail prices, I was able to purchase an EVGA FTW3 ULTRA 3080 for minimal markup. I received the card within days. ?/ ? Would recommend F1 systems to everyone. Marlend is very knowledgeable and the customer service was excellent!

They we're so lovely and immensely knowledgeable! I was in a jam, lost my lap top charger and I had school starting this week, normally it's 50 bucks to get a new one but they told me to come right on down and gave me one for free! I couldn't believe how generous they were with their time, merchandise, and knowledge! I would recommend this store to anyone!

My computer knowledge is minimal. It's been great working with F1 systems 1 to 1 customer service and support. I had a confusing setup due to personal and work computers and multiple locations. F1 systems worked out all of the kinks to get me up and running. Timely responses to texts. Highly recommend the personal service and follow up.
