Went there to get some helium balloons for a birthday, the young girl was very accommodating even when I let one go accidentally and it floated app to the ceiling! Obviously not the first one to do so she was very nice… not normally what you get from 1 of these stores so I give them A+

There are never enough checkouts open, and the lines are always so long. It takes the manager forever to come up front and help even after a request is made.

Laziest managers ever sitting in the office while one person is trying to ring up tons of people ridiculous and when they do decide to help they just sit around talking y’all need better management no wonder y’all can’t keep employees
