I had already previously went to another dealer and Was directed to Diamod Auto parts. But talking to Nick, he guaranteed me that he had the right part for my vehicle. 2014 Nissan Cross Cabaret Convertible Front driver side window Which is pretty rare out here. They Just don't have this particular piece because they no longer make this vehicle anymore
Well, I needed to have this part shipped from Wisconsin to Indiana. Nick right out the gate told me that he didn't do this it had to be picked up and I wanted this shipped I was very adamant about it. He told me that I was taking a risk by doing it, but He was basically looking out for my best interest
Bottom line, the window arrived safely. Thank you so much, Nick, for your customer service You guys are the best.
I'm telling all my friends about you, Nick. I really do appreciate the back-and-forth over the phone. Excellent customer service skills
But here's the best part. I was calling the next day to get a tracking number from him. And I hear a ring at my front door and it's UPS delivering my product.

It is very easy to deal with the staff. The only concern we had was that the tires we were given are for a small truck, and we have a minivan. The tires also were not stored correctly, so they are off balance.

2nd time buying parts from here , but 1st time dealing w/ Andy and I gotta say he's by far one of the most helpful and extremely nice person I've dealt with . I Highly recommend asking for him for great service and great deals.

They gave me a call and after traveling for a couple of hours, I arrived and found that the engine miles were not the same, they changed the price and delivery day. I do not recommend their callcenter service.

We were racing at Road America, and unfortunately had an accident in which we needed a driver side mirror and it was nowhere to be found nearby, luckily Andy helped us out and got us a mirror last minute and dropped it off at the front of the shop due to the closing time and it helped us be on track the next day. Thank you very much. It was much appreciated.
