Friendly and caring staff... thoroughly fixed my car and even tipped me off on things I already knew were wrong but needed to get fixed eventually. Good honest people that go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

Marie and frank are aweaome to work with. They are very reliable and honost people. Only downfall is that they are tied up a bit with jobs to do but honostly they work with you to see what's going on so it's worth it to me.

Bought my Audi from them and a month after owning it, it started having issues. After having it in a different shop (I couldn't get a hold of them so I went with someone else) for almost a month, it was working again. A few months later it started having more issues. After weeks of not being able to get a hold of anyone (during office hours) or having my phone calls returned I was able to have them “look†at it and tell me that nothing was wrong... the car would shut off while driving... there was definitely something wrong. They also had it listed as being owner sold on Craigslist (their son was selling it, not the dealer) and didn't tell us we'd have to be going through the dealership until we were doing paperwork. That should have been my first red flag... The whole car (ceiling included) was dirty and full of dog hair at the time of purchase... second red flag. 1/10 customer service. 1/10 vehicle satisfaction. Just all around bad/shady experience.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were able to accommodate me and my car despite my lack of appointment. They quickly provided my car with a much needed check-up and then explained not only what needed to be done to my car, but the cheapest ways and best times to do it. I'm definitely coming back when the need arises.
