Five stars were too easy to give. The manager and team helped me quickly diagnose a radiator issue I had while driving from GB to MKE. They sent me on my way after doing everything they could to resolve the issue quickly, and even threw in a container of coolant to make sure the quick fix got me to where I needed to go quickly. This was 5 star service to say the least!

While traveling north on US151, we had a flat. The shop got us in and the donut off the car. Great support that got us on our way. Nice people. Fair prices.

Their third party answering is completely inept. I make a call talk to somebody who sounds like they're in India, spend 10 minutes describing the car giving my name address phone number and choosing a time to have the oil changed... Only to have an email come 30 seconds after I hang up telling me that time is "unfortunately unavailable"... This happened three times in a row, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to CarX Fond Du Lac to have an oil change done. The service was great, very fast, and the pricing feels like a steal! Another bonus, Mike had notice my windshield wipers were bad and saw that I had new ones in my car ready to replace them. Mike replaced my windshield wipers AND noticed that one of the wipers I had bought was the wrong size so he replaced it at no charge. All of this without being asked. Thank you Mike!!

One of there workers stole my lugnuts out of my backseat when I took my car in for a diagnostics then told me it was going to be a 1k plus for a job on my exhaust saying it was because they would have to do some welding too my whole exhaust system uses bolts only there is no need for welding.nowadays you really gotta do your own research on your car because a lot of shops just be saying w.e and chucking w.e price up if they think you don’t know anything about your car

Booked an appointment, drove 45 mins to get it done only to be told they can’t do the appointment and their call center books appointments without access to their screen. Terrible service

I had purchased tires from Tire Rack. They have a list of “reputable “ shops to have them delivered too.
I chose Car X in Fond du lac.
I got an email confirmation of the delivery of tires. Call to verify that information. Then scheduled an appointment to have them put on.
I arrived at my appointment , after taking off of work for it. I was told that they were mistakenly booked and couldn’t help me.
I was upset that I took off work, and that is bad business on their end. I asked for my tires, as I will not do business with a company like that.
They then claimed that they didn’t have my tires, when I wanted to leave with them.
I called tire rack on speaker phone at Car X & what do you know- my tires turned up.
Will not recommend or return.

Beware as they set up appointments there over the phone and then either cancel them online 1 minute later without calling a customer or flat out forget and want you to reschedule 3 days later.
Piss poor customer service in Fond du Lac, WI.

I had stopped at carx because when i would turn, my vehicle was making a winning noise. I asked if someone could take a look at my vehicle. The gentleman who was working came out had me start my vehicle, turn my steering and he knew right away My power steering fluid was low, the guy at carx took care of it. He was friendly & pleasant. Would recommend carx for your vehicle's troubles!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful when I got a nail in my tire and needed to get home. The online scheduling didn't work, but when I arrived they did everything they could to help me. I would definitely recommend them!

Brought my car in for a break check and had an apt set up. Got there and was told they didn't see the apt til afterwards and would get me in right away when they can. Took 3 days. They said that it was due to wrong number on file. Which is understandable but then they didn't leave me with a work sheet to explain the details of what was wrong and then pricing was way too high. Also came back with less brakes then what went in there with smh

Took my car in to get my tires changed. Was quoted right about 600. Ended up having to pay almost $800 because the shop decided to change my oil and do other services that were not asked of them I have reached out several times and even have a video of the shop manager agreeing to give me a refund and have received no such thing. I plan on filing in small claims. Take your vehicles to Two Docs

Don’t go here unless you want to wait four hours to have your brakes done. They tell you one hour but fail to let you know that they have to pick up your parts. I would highly suggest you go somewhere else

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!! I tried to call to make an appointment, but they send you to a 3rd party call center. They made and confirmed my appointment for 730 the next morning. When I call back just to be sure, they say there is no such appointment. So I make on for 930 Monday. I get a email confirming my 730 appointmen, which by now has been confirmed, canceled and reconfirmed. So I cancel my 930 and drop-off my car for 730. When I get done with work, I call CarX to check the status of my car and no one even looked at it. I call to complain and the employees of fdl carx blame everything on the call center and the call center claims everything on the location. The give me a customer service number only to be unable to talk to anyone or have anyone contact me. So now I have 0 appointments even though I made 2, my car is still unfixed and no one to over see any of this. What a terrible company and experience.
