I stopped here with an urgent tire issue. I was having issues on a rainy day and had over an hour drive home. When I walked in they were busy and had multiple people calling in. I figured they were going to be too busy to help. However, the lady who helped me was beyond nice and helped me immediately with my tires. She was kind, prompt, and professional. I would highly recommend them! Thank you for your exceptional service.

First, this is the first time that I have publicly posted a negative comment about a local business, but Hansen’s did work on our son’s car yesterday and obviously closed the hood with a tool or something underneath it which caused a dent protruding Up from the hood. He took it there today to show them and their response was their service person has been with them a long time and said he didn’t do this. The end! No accountability.
I saw the car the day before it was brought in, no work was done on it in the interim and, more importantly, my son would not go back to a business and say this occurred there when it didn’t!!!
We recommend this business to our son, as we’ve taken our vehicles there, and now I regret that. I’m so disappointed that they didn’t accept responsibility for this damage.
I will always take photos before and after any service is done on my vehicle and suggest others do the same.

Hansen’s Badger Tire is the best in the business. In a world where price gouging is the standard, they fix only what needs to be fixed and at a fair price. I have used Lee and the Hansen’s crew my entire driving life. They are dependable and do top quality work.

They got my vehicle in on very short notice. We're patient with me on the phone because describing the issues was more difficult than expected. Repairs weren't as expensive as I had planned on and was done within 3 days
