“I was traveling to Fond du Lac to pick up my daughter and we were headed to NJ for a wedding. When I got there from Tigerton, my left front tire was making a horrible noise! Two days prior I had gotten my rotors replaced locally in Tigerton so this noise was new. I stopped at Hansen's and explained the situation of having to get to NJ, could they look at my car because I knew I couldn't drive another mile. They were extremely booked and a man short for the day. However, they took my car in, put it up on the rack and found out my tire was loose, not bolted properly. That could have been devastating. They tighten the left front tire and checked and tightened the other 3. Thank you so much for your kindness. We got in the car and drove straight through to NJ, no problems! If I lived in Fond du Lac I would bring all my vehicles to Hansen's. Thank you so much!”

“Inquired about a Blue WRX on a website that i found on google, scheduled to test drive and got a call within 30 mins from stuart to discuss the vehicle. Scheduled next morning test drive and had i more time i would have almost been in and out hassle free same day. Financing was quick easy. Stuart was really great, responsive, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. If you want any sort of aftermarket subaru id say this is the guy right here, or any vehicle actually. Great experience! “I recently had a RSI smartcap installed on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma through Midstate Outfitters. I met Joe of MS through Facebook where he was advertising a smart cap for sale. We talked and eventually set up a date for installation after he took a deposit. All in all, the installation took about an hour, which included the wiring of the 3rd brake light at the rear of the cap.
After having an issue with the smart cap, something that was totally RSI’s fault and not Midstate or Joe, I made a return appointment. One of the windows of the smart cap had an issue with the adhesive, allowed a sliding window to fall out. I contacted RSI who sent a replacement panel and scheduled another appointment with Joe and Midstate.
Again, I had a great experience with Midstate, Joe and his staff who replaced the panel in under an hour, free of charge. Having driven up from Chicago to Fond Du Lac, I very much appreciated the generosity and Joe’s pride behind his work. Even though, the issue had nothing to do Midstate and 100% was the fault of RSI Smartcap and a manufacturing mistake.
Wish they were closer to Chicago, but I would highly recommend working together with Joe and Midstate.”

I went in for an oil change and had the best service ive ever had for an oil change!!! Jamie, Jared, and Austin were on shift. I felt comfortable driving into that shop and my car being taken care of by them. Another thing I want to point out is there communication is phenomenal!!! “Cory has worked on my FJ Cruiser since it arrived in 2017 from FL. He made her look amazing and was ever patient as I kept changing my mind what I wanted. A couple weeks ago, I left my FJ with Cory to put side steps on her and do a little touch up. They found amazing steps and she looks beautiful. “10/10 service. We rented a Uhaul in Appleton and it broke down in Oshkosh. Uhaul contacted these guys and sent a mechanic to come help us. He jerry rigged the Uhaul so we could get on our way and even texted us later to make sure everything went okay with it. Would definitely reccomended these guys from our experience. “On October 2 2024 my sons car tirer broke. I called Whealons Towing to get the car back to my house. I was told on the phone it be a 30 minute to 45 minute wait as I was prepared for because these guys are always busy running to help people out. So I sat there no more than 10 minutes later one of the tow guys show up to help me out. I said to him I was told 30 to 45 minutes to wait and it's not even been 10. He replies with well my next pick up nobody waiting with so I can do it after yours as you were out here waiting with the car. That was super nice of him and he managed to tell me what happened to the wheel when he unloaded it into my driveway. That was super helpful on telling my dad what needs to be fixed. I believe his shirt said Adam on it. Thanks for all your help, your urgency and being such a nice guy. I definitely use these guys again and hope I get him again as well.
