“I recently had a RSI smartcap installed on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma through Midstate Outfitters. I met Joe of MS through Facebook where he was advertising a smart cap for sale. We talked and eventually set up a date for installation after he took a deposit. All in all, the installation took about an hour, which included the wiring of the 3rd brake light at the rear of the cap.
After having an issue with the smart cap, something that was totally RSI’s fault and not Midstate or Joe, I made a return appointment. One of the windows of the smart cap had an issue with the adhesive, allowed a sliding window to fall out. I contacted RSI who sent a replacement panel and scheduled another appointment with Joe and Midstate.
Again, I had a great experience with Midstate, Joe and his staff who replaced the panel in under an hour, free of charge. Having driven up from Chicago to Fond Du Lac, I very much appreciated the generosity and Joe’s pride behind his work. Even though, the issue had nothing to do Midstate and 100% was the fault of RSI Smartcap and a manufacturing mistake.
Wish they were closer to Chicago, but I would highly recommend working together with Joe and Midstate.”

It runs great! They are currently rebuilding my old engine. Brett’s communication with me was remarkable and explained that they tightened up some loose bolts and finish the job off with zip ties to look nice. The job was done efficiently and with great care. My 2012 Toyota Tundra was hit in a parking lot and banged up pretty good . The guys at Jacks went above and beyond my expectations. My truck had some unrelated gouges that were not part of my quote that they fixed for me at no additional charge . I was pleasantly surprised to see these repairs because I never even mentioned them at my initial consultation. The workmanship is outstanding ! “I had a blown headgasket on my 95 Audi S6 I5 Turbo, and I had Tim go through my head. He redid the valve seals, surfaced the head, cleaned up all the valves and backcut them a bit. Car runs great, very good quality work. Will deal with again!”

This place is a little bit off the main path but very easy to get there and as soon as I walked in I had immediate help with what I needed to have done! “My tire light recently came on so today I stopped at fleet farms service center. Sounding like an idiot I explained that my husband takes care of these things but he was not around so I needed help. The gal at the counter was very kind, told me where to pull my car up and a gentleman named Ivan was right out to help me. As he came out I thought 'Crap, they're gonna try to sell me tires/services etc' That was not the case. He gave me a realistic time frame on when I should change my tires, was informative on their services without being pushy. Ivan was so helpful. I initially walked in embarrassed but left feeling like I was treated fairly and with respect. 10/10 will be back when that tire needs changed soon”
