Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend. The pharmacy staff was very unprofessional and rude. My daughter was crying uncontrollably because she had a severe ear infection and she needed her prescription. I asked them to please hurry when I checked in and one lady told me not to tell her how to do her job. My daughter and I sat there over 30+mins waiting for her prescription. She was none stop crying because it hurt so bad. Another member of the hospital saw how much pain and discomfort she was in and came over and offered her stickers to try and calm her down. I told the Pharmacist that I was going to put in a complaint about him and and his staff and all he said was sorry. Then his members behind the counter started going off saying they were going to make a complaint about me and threatened security. It's unfortunate this is what we need to deal with in our community. I just wanted to get my daughters prescription and get her home. Shame on you FDL Aurora Pharmacy for your arrogance and not wanting to help a little child from her pain.

I call the store to ask about a pick up that they didn’t have all for me when I originally picked up. I have a house full of fevers. I ask can I send in my granddaughter it will be close to six. Her main concern is she is overworked and prefer I come before that!!!!! Excuse me !!!!!!! Open till 6 pm means open till 6pm. I will not be getting anything else from here. She is the reason.

Terrible. Thye said my prescription was ready for ten days nobody called. Called them told them phone wasn't working or something. They said prescription would be ready later that day. I want in the next day prescription was not ready. I was told 10-15 minutes. It has now been over 40 minutes no prescription. I've been out for days now this is ridiculous.

Our family has been using the pharmacy for years. They are very helpful and will make sure that the medication is right and affordable and will work with physician to get the right fit for you.

Be sure to call ahead WELL ahead of time before picking up prescriptions. 3 times now in the last year i was told my prescriptions were ready to be picked up the following day and that id recieve a call if there were any questions. Wouldnt be a big deal if i didnt have to make a 40 min drive just to be denied picking up my meds. Not happy about wasting time and money.
