I loved my previous pharmacy, but had to switch due to insurance coverage. SSM has been wonderful! They are pleasant and helpful, and were able to sync my prescriptions. It's so convenient!

Great with detail, great on knowing the importance of each person as a individual , understands each person's problem, and helps find the best outcome for each issue rather it is common or very rare, . Talks to each person with the u most respect. And if they do not understand, they try too at least show compassion. . As they will point you in the right direction if there unable to help. They truly do care and give 110 % hands down.

The worst customer service by the techs when you first see about your prescription. I was so offended because a young lady was having a bad day. Thank God the pharmacist noticed and acknowledged the situation.

Very rude & try a get rid of you. I had question on a new script. They did even care told me to follow Dr's orders. How rude. Slow isn't the word for it. One star is even to much.

I have been a faithful customer of this pharmacy for over 20yrs. until today, May 21!!!!!!! I came to pick up my prescription and needed a drivers license. Because of Covid 19 I was unable to renew my license, on 4-16 and the Motor Vehicle Dept. gave me until June to renew. I have not checked on the reopening of the Dept. lately! After a 10min. wait the pharmacist actually checked it the Motor Vehicle Dept. was open and the window person said they would not give me my medication with my license, even though I have gone to this pharmacy MANY years! My doctor expected me to begin this medication on May 21, 2020 and because I wasn't aware of their policy, and of course being that I am a STRANGER!!!!HA! .....they refused to give the medication to me!!!.THEY have lost my business!!!! This is the way a long time paying customer is treated!!!When the chips are down, it's nice to know that I am just a number and a $$$$$ sign!!!!

The desk clerks are rude and do not care about you. The pharmacists try to get rid of you as soon as possible so they can go back to work without talking to you as much as possible. Called to try and get my prescription refilled and treated poorly several times. Rude and disrespectful. For a person who suffers from depression and anxiety and then to be treated like this is not ok. Agnesian or now SSM has gone very downhill.

I had to help my son purchase a prescription that he needed but didn't have the money for and I was out of state. The Walgreens across the street would not allow me to pay for his prescription over the phone and were very rude. When I called Agnesian to see if they could help me Karen answered the phone and couldn't have been any kinder. They took care of calling Walgreens and getting the prescription transferred and took my credit card over the phone so he could pick it up and stay on his medication that he needed. Another reason to shop small and local - Thank you Agnesian Pharmacy and Karen

Want to give 5 stars but a few, 2 or 3, staff floaters, not there on a regular basis employees. They Don't listen when I drop off prescriptions, and then play duh when I go back to pickup the prescription. It,s either not ready, not in stock, partially available. Understand I drop these prescriptions of several days early with the simple instruction to make sure they have it in stock and ready at the day and time I request. This stupidity by these few floaters created a HUGE issue this passed December 23rd finally resolved this morning Jan 10th 2018 over a prescription I dropped off several days before the 23rd of December, with simple instructions to AVOID what happened. To make things worse, the 23rd when I returned to pickup the prescription the same fellow I left the prescription with was working. All the problems I wanted to avoid were the very problems preventing me from getting the medicine on the day and time I thought was arranged. The excuse given by the fellow I left the prescription with, "I can't order medication, I dunno, I'm a floater, take it to Walgreens." SERIOUSLY!? Agnesian this is happening all the time now. These floaters need to float away to the unemployment line!

On my 1st visit their for wound care supplies, they had all the wound care supplies I needed! Unlike most pharmacies I've used for supplies, which send me on my way with a "We'll call You as soon as there in stock!" As I sit at home n wait for the call telling me there is stock, it was rather refreshing to just get what I needed and go home without any additional return trips every time something they had to order came in until all scripts were filled.
