They send you wrong supplies for machine, charge you for it and don't let you return it. Also don't return calls when they say will get back to you. Basically steal your money! Triple check your orders the moment you receive them otherwise you will be out money.

I wouldn't even give a one star. Noting but chaos from day from when the doctor ordered me the shower they claim that they didn't have the order had to go to the doctor again and the doctor's office even stated that it was in the computer. I called several times and never got a hold of anybody to resolve it so I took it upon myself to go in the store.They were very rude in there especially Deborah. My Dr ordered me a shower bench and the tried to give me a shower chair. I said that is not going to work, and Deborah said, "well your insurance won't cover both" and walked away I said I don't want both and I called my Dr and they said they could clearly see it was a bench that was ordered, and was going to resend it to her. Deborah comes back out with an attitude and said, "I'm not dealing with this just give me the shower bench." Awfully nice since that was the one that was on order. Then I proceed to leave after having ankle surgery and on crutches mind you you need help to you car with it. Horrible service!!

I am now getting billed twice(another$1800) for the same piece of equipment from SSM due to a minor billing issue because that is their HIDDEN policy, and this is all out of my pocket!!! I feel like I am being extorted. Even worse their staff told me to YouTube or google the info because they didn`t know how to answer questions about how to use equipment they sold me. Unfair business practices!!!

Took 2 weeks to get a change wirh my portable oxygen, which the delivery and setup person said that it should have only taken a couple of days. So I could not go anywhere during that 2 weeks because my machine was broke.Now I am trying to change my bi-pap mask back to the one I was using before and no call back on that.

My husband had hip replacement surgury I called them a week ahead so they knew and expected the paper work orders from the dr. Dr himself told us he ordered the paperwork right after surgury and could go home the next day. The day he was to come home they still hadnt worked on it i called them all day and repeatedly said they were working on it. I told them i needed today because I was to be picking up my husband and he needs a bed to lay in. So half an hour before they closed they tried blaming it on the Dr. Saying hes not be discharged for another day and they wernt gonna beable to deliver the bed till tomm. Which is a lie, the Dr. himself told us no he discharged today, so needless to say he had to stay another night because he has no where to sleep at home. They strung me along all day. Will never use them again!!!

My wife was scheduled for ankle surgery on Friday and called Agnesian Health Shoppe on Thursday. Left a message on the voicemail for Kyle. Friday morning I called and left a message on someone's phone and didn't get a call. Took my wife in to have the surgery at noon, went to the Health Shoppe (Fort Knox) and did find an open door and told the receptionist my dilemma and she gave me a number to call. Again a recording. Finally after another call I was able to get ahold of Kyle and I got the scooter. Guess he could tell I was not happy. At least I got the scooter before the ankle healed. Very very poor communication.No way to do business

So I have had my share of problems with this hospital but I would like to acknowledge a great team. Dr Lisa Schmidt and her nurse Kathy in pulmonology are the best. With the corona virus going on they have been great helping me get my father prescriptions he needs and can’t get because of borders being closed. Kathy has went above and beyond to help us in this time of need. Your both great. I appreciate all you do. Please stay safe and healthy!

My primary care doctor there (Dr. Karewicz) is the best! Also had successful open heart surgery to replace my aortic valve 5 years ago with Dr. Lilly who is very personable and a highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeon. My cardiologist Dr. Diaz is super intelligent and really knows what he's doing when it comes to catheterizations and stents. Then there's Dr. Gupta, my nephrologist who never fails to impress me. My husband had Dr. Alazadagin (Dr. A) for abdomen aneurysm surgery 3 years ago and he proved to be outstanding at what he does -- and a great bedside manner. Dr. Royce, who replaced my hip two years ago was amazing too. Need I say more?

Brought my Drive rollator in for repair or replacement, which was run through my insurance net work HEALTH and medlcare, I paid a co payment of $120.00 later to find out I could have bought the exact one for $70.00 on the internet. Well I was told I would have to do a face to face with my doctor for the repair and if I wanted a loaner it would cost $50.00. Mind you another $20 and I would have a new one. There was a weld that broke and I recalled Drive had a lifetime warranty on broken welds. I asked for Drives customer service number called and I do believe I will have a new rollator in the mail on Thursday. The rep from Drive could not believe that the Agnisian Health shop did not instantly replace the unit with a broken weld, of which I sent a picture to the drive rep. The people at drive have been outstanding and so helpful and concerned to get me a replacement as quickly as they could. I would love to talk to whoever can make decisions at the health shop.

I'm so sorry to say that my experience with this facility has been less than satisfactory. My sister, who suffers from muscular dystrophy, called to explore the possibility of a new motorized wheelchair because her first chair, which she purchased from this office, no longer met her needs. Fine, great, everything was proceeding well. She had to make an appointment with her doctor, which she did. Craig Kulis made an environmental home visit, and an appointment was made for her to come to Agnesian Health Shoppe on Nov. 13th at 2:30. At the time of the home visit she was told that Agnesian has available transportation to get patients to and from appointments. Perfect! Wait, what? The Agnesian van does not accept motorized wheelchairs? She was not told that despite the fact that they interviewed her as she sat in one. In the meantime, this office sent the wrong paperwork to the primary physician which prevented the originally scheduled appointment from occurring...there is more to this story but need I go on? This is not acceptable service for any patient much less one who is disabled.

I went into the shop on Camelot Drive looking for a step stool. The receptionist (she was great) found Kyle K and he knew EXACTLY what I was looking for and confirmed that the device was indeed in stock - this allowed for us to swiftly set up an appointment with a chiropractor for a family member to get needed treatments.
