I have been at this storage unit for over a year now and I can honestly say the owners are very respectful. They understand people go through hard times. All they ask is to stay in touch and pay what you can when you can. I appreciate everything they have done for me during this time in my life!

John has been wonderful to deal with very prompt on needs and availability I give them the best rating been with them for 6years sadly I wont need their service anymore but highly recommend them

Great place to store your stuff, clean well maintained and friendly owner. Clean, well-maintained facility. I was in a bind and needed a unit and the owner responded back to me right away and made himself available to rent me the unit.

I was in a bind for storage of our animal rescue supplies following a hurricane. I called around and Jon was the only owner who actually answered my call. He had a unit available and was more than hospitable - he actually met me there immediately and helped me unload my truck. The facility was clean and orderly. Great location. Price was right too!I struggle believing some of the previous reviews - they do not portray the person I dealt with. I think sometimes people like to take and take, all the while not being honest. I don’t see this owner as a person who will allow someone to take advantage of him. Just my 2cents....

John the owner is a great guy always willing to work with you and super friendly. storage units are big and clean! Highly recommend these units. BEST UNITS IN THE AREA!!

Great place to store your stuff just too bad it doesn't have a better owner.he does not know how to send a receipt he loses payments and then makes you pay late fees he constantly changes the late fees how he feels fit he barely get noticed for anything and the only way you'll ever get a receipt is if you pay him through PayPal. If you plan on getting in there in the winter be prepared to shovel quite a bit one of the worst plow jobs you'll ever imagine and he only does it when he gets to it. I've also had a friend that runs there that they're a little unit has leaked since the day they rented it and he's done nothing to fix that either very low on maintenance or any upkeep on the property. Yes I've been late on my rent but last time I was late the late fee was $10 This time I get a letter that it's $25 and then he goes ahead and says it's $20. Most of those prices kind of go with how he feels and what he wants to write down and you have to sit there and argue with him. Trust me go find some place that has online payments better options for the same money and don't have to deal with anybody like him. And I'm not trying to wreck his business I'm just trying to tell everybody what they're getting into if I was such a bad renter why did he keep me there for 6 years This is how he treats his long-term renters and he doesn't like it when the truth comes out

My husband and I were in need of a storage unit ASAP and we weren’t comfortable using A Ok because of the rating and negative comments it had but we had no other choice...to my surprise EVERYTHING turned out PERFECTLY! We called John and he booked us up with a unit the SAME DAY...we used it for only 2 months but didn’t have a problem the unit was clean and whenever we needed to call him and he didn’t answer we would leave a voicemail and he would call us back the same day. When we were done using the storage unit we called to let him know that we had it all empty and cleaned up and he sent us our down payment right away through mail and we received it 2-3 days. We personally recommend a ok we didn’t have a problem with them!!

Amazing service safe keeping very considerate blessing to work with very understanding and caring. Had storage for a long time kept safe and secure communication was great back and forth always respond and very helpful

Don’t waste your time with this place. John is the worst business owner, never picks up, never calls you back. You will never get your deposit back. Many of the storage units flood in spring but he won’t fix the drainage issue. Don’t waste your time, complete crook.

I have yet to get my deposit back, as promised in the contract, if my unit was left clean. I've left it clean and have attempted multiple times to contact him with no luck. Not a way to run a business!!!
