Even after we have followed instructions to get a tote for packages we have consistently had issues with the things we ordered not being delivered due to a number of misc excuses. (Mind you our home is within throwing distance from the actual mailbox and we have asked questions on delivery to door/other ways we can accommodate them better). When we go to the post office to pick up our boxes they often passive aggressively say “if you got a tote this wouldn’t happen” to which we say “we have”. Every interaction we’ve had with employees here they have been rude and difficult. When sending out Christmas packages they were passive aggressive and judgmental about choosing priority shipping?? They seem as though they would rather do anything than help costumers. We are moving in the next couple of months and are very happy we will no longer have to endure the trouble that comes with living within the range of this postal service.

Driver refuses to deliver any packages, just leaves "sorry we missed you" even though my entire family was outside as you drove past.

The most horrible experiences with package deliveries to my home! They state package was delivered on my tracking phone device which causes me to search outside for package and call neighbors. Come to find out, the packages were not yet delivered with a variety of excuses as to why this occurred. This has happened numerous times. Items that were very much needed and expected by a certain date. I have been forced to drive, on slippery roads, to post office to retrieve packages myself which is at least a 40 min. drive for me! Absolutely ridiculous! Also, several recurring problems with mail delivered in wrong boxes to the wrong people. I dread any company sending anything via this post office! I have had it!
