My truck overheated and I limped my way to their lot on a Saturday morning. The advisor and mechanic were fantastic in helping me get back on the road super quickly. Turns out my radiator cap had loosened and allowed to coolant to flow out. Oh and my truck is a Ram and they happily worked on it

One issue it was taken in for was the check engine light was on. I was not even all the way home, the truck chugged and the check engine light came on again. These computers are too much trouble I think or they should be built better.

We were vacationing in Iron River, MI when we had an alert light come on, we were referred to Florence Ford where the service tech reassured us that all was well. We asked about places to visit while in Florence and he was so helpful! We immediately headed to the visitors center to see the albino deer! Thank you so much to this tech (sorry I missed his name!) for great service and commitment to his community!

They are the only reason I still buy Fords, instead of the smaller vehicles I prefer. The staff is like family, service never tries to sell you something unecessary, buying a new vehicle is a pleasant experience, and it is nice to deal with people whose roots in the community go back generations.

Very poor stoped one day to checkout a couple trucks and to start all sales person were out to lunch and then find out from a repair guy that one of the trucks had a bad frame and other one was loaned out
