I've used Verizon for 2yrs now after having been using a sundry of cellular services. Not one of those many companies gave me the customer service, patience, and assurance like Verizon. Thank you Verizon team for always being on the other end.

Update: I have now received the full $1350 rebate after receiving a call from the regional manager. I am pleased that he was able to resolve the issue. I am so disappointed in the lack of accountability I have received from this store and from Verizon in general. We switched from US Cellular in April and Alex said he was taking care of the rebates totaling $1350. He did not. Since then, I have been given the run around by Brad who keeps telling me that he's taking care of their error. I can't even get a call back from the district manager, Joe Lazar. To top it off, the store doesn't even have a phone, so I have to go there if I want to talk to anyone. Great at sales - no service. By the way - had Alex told me that I needed to complete rebate forms, we wouldn't be in this situation.

I came in to upgrade my phone and the customer service was outstanding. Alex was very thorough and knowledgeable. He either had or found the answers to my every question. Awesome experience! I'll definitely come back.

Rude. Go elsewhere. The guy comes outside and asks what do you need. I tell him iPhones and just stares at me. I'll find another Verizon that wants my business.

I visited this store to port my number and activate a phone I purchased from Amazon. Laura did a fantastic job. She was very friendly, professional, and competent. I highly recommend this store.

Ok I had ordered a phone to the store. I went to pick it up and Brian was great help! However, the store was completely over staffed for a Thursday afternoon. The staff was also very rude, loud and disruptive while setting up my new phone. Yelling about their tacos they had a lunch to one another. Very unprofessional. I will emphasize that Brian was great and helped however you may want to calm down your other staff as they were very distracting.

For a long time, I prepared myself to leave frustrated and with a headache whenever I went to the Verizon store to get a phone upgrade. I have done 2 phone upgrades at this store and both have gone seamlessly and everyone has been very helpful. I've never had to wait either, which is great! Not sure if Verizon has improved their customer service nationwide, but I highly recommend this store.

I see that most of the reviews about this store and how it is managed are negative, so my review will not come as a surprise to anyone out there. This past Saturday we upgraded my wife's phone to and iPhone 8 and added a line with another iPhone 8 under the BOGO promotion. We were unsure what phone we wanted for the second line, so explicitly asked if we could use a phone for a few days and exchange for the 8+ or more memory if we needed it. The sales associate told us that we had 14 days to return to the store they would swap out one of the phones if we desired, no questions asked, no costs to us. We determined right away that night that we wanted the second phone to be an 8+, so we didn't even unbox the second phone. We returned to the store 2 days later with an unopened phone to swap with an 8+. They then claimed that there was nothing they could do, and if we wanted to swap that phone we would have to pay for it because the BOGO promotion ended. Their customer service is terrible, the general manager was absolutely no help, and they are completely willing to sacrifice a long term customer instead of standing behind what we were told. We have been a customer for over two years, and were planning to be for at least two more, but will now divorce ourselves from this terribly run business permanently!!! As a side bar, the folks at the AT&T store have been more than willing to help us and are providing much better customer service and honest communication.

We went into Verizon today to talk about upgrading our 5S to 8 plus! We had already done a lot of research, but had many questions still. Laura Gordon assisted us and she is one of the most knowledgeable, patient people with whom we have worked with at Verizon. We used to work with Erin Christianson on E. Wash, and she was great, too, but she is no longer there. We are a little slow when it comes to technology so Laura talked it through it a number of times. Buying new phones is a very expensive task and she helped us figure out what we needed and helped to get the best prices she could. I did take her name and I will be checking to see if she is in the store the next time I have a question.

The sales person Scott was extremely deceitful and pushy. I was some how signed up for insurance at a cost of $13 per month. I verbally on more than one occasion declined it. After I talked to the manager and brought it to his attention he said he would talk to him. Beware of the bait and switch here, in fact go somewhere else.

My daughter and I stopped by the Verizon store on McKee today to look at the Gizmo kids watches. I had done some research online but wanted to see them in person and ask a few questions. I was promptly greeted at the door and Garth showed me where the watches are. He seemed very knowledgeable about all the features of the watches as well as the app that goes with them. After deciding which one we wanted, Garth was efficient at getting us checked out and the watch activated. I was even happier when he told me that the activation fee was being waived and I qualified for a promotion for a $25 gift card. He even double checked to make sure I wasn't missing out on any discounts through my employer. Overall it was a great experience. The store was clean, inviting, and Garth was extremely helpful at making me feel like I was making a worthwhile purchase. I will definitely make sure to stop here next time I need to upgrade my phone, as I usually just order it online from the Verizon website.

Shout out to Garth! Went in with a bunch of questions, he answered all of those questions and even more he helped me get the best deal and while doing paperwork he entertained me with pictures of his cats! 10/10 would recommend

Customer service at this location is terrible. Manger has an excuse for everything. Never have enough staff. Going back to the far Westside location.

I have been in twice to this store this year to do a return. I have had a long wait both times. I was told they can't (or won't) do returns here (even though customer service says they should be). Janelle the GM blames Verizon and their computer system. She said it's been messed up for months. The only way to do returns is to let them ship it back to the warehouse. You then have to wait 2-3 weeks for the warehouse to process it. The first return was handled. The second return was an iPad and an Apple Pencil. I tracked the package and it was received but no refund was issued. I had to call in to get a rep to finally get the refund issued for the iPad but as for the pencil they knew nothing about it. Verizon is looking into it but somehow the pencil didn't get in the package according to the warehouse. Be very leery of this store and especially the GM Janelle. I'm not sure what happened to the pencil I returned to her and why it didn't get in the box, but beware. She and her employees really want to sell and push the upgrades, BUT when it comes to service and issues they come up lacking. 4/20 Update: I did eventually get a refund, but it was applied to my bill instead of my credit card. So in a couple of months I'll eventually be paid off by Verizon. To get this finished though, required additional calls to customer service.
