I love this place. First time going in there was because a friend told me about some crazy inexpensive cigarettes. Upon walking in the door, the products pulled me in. Then I was welcomed by the employees. What a diverse and "HELLA" group of people working there. I've been back everyday and bought my 1st smoke accessory and I will be back

Best smoke shop in madison, hands down, also have rewards which the other big named shop around here doesn't do. The rewards makes you feel like your money isn't being wasted and you get something back for the money you've put into the business which is awesome, also every single person I've encountered at the fitchburg location is super nice and helpful, I always feel very welcomed

Our go-to for Vaps. Staff, though ever changing, tends to be attentive and willing to answer dumb questions from a GenX'er still new to vapes. Good selection of anything you're really looking for.

This place was lit!! My brother and I visited the ?Fitchburg ? Madtown Smoke Shop today and we had such an awesome experience. The store has an open floor plan and is well lit highlighting their vast array of smoking products, cigs, vapes, and all the other things you could ever want to enjoy your smoke with. The staff were super cool and helpful. This is gonna be my head shop for good??

Good selection and clean sales floor. Check store policy and quality of products before purchasing anything: defective products are knowingly sold. I tried to let the store know that there was a defective batch of disposable vapes, and was met with instant blame and vitrol from store employees, expecting that I was demanding a return/refund. One employee asked which flavor disposable I had purchased, and when I responded she said that flavor was “known for defects.”Although it isn’t the employees fault for the defective device, the employee should warn customers when knowingly selling a product that doesn’t meet safety or consumer standards.Disappointed, as the location is very convenient and generally the staff has been friendly and helpful.
