Use this UPS regularly and usually great and able to be helped quickly. Today, the person working (Kirstin) did a fantastic job of efficiently helping multiple customers at a time with a great attitude!
From past experiences (not today), have noticed that getting copies printed here can take a while (a day or two vs some places that can print within a couple hours).

Worked with Johnson on several printing jobs throughout the year, all of which turned out beautiful! We could not have been more pleased to use the UPS store. It was so great to work with such a talented team that was able to print different items (save-the-dates, wedding invitations, educational/scholarly project presentation posters, etc.) in an incredibly speedy (and affordable) manner. Would highly recommend for any various printing needs!

Rates on your website must be different from the rates at the store. I entered the weight and dimensions on your website and rec'd a shipping cost of $38.21 vs. the store's fee of slightly more than $45.00!The staff at the store is always friendly and helpful.

I arrived very late on a Sunday afternoon just before closing and Kiersten and Hali went above and beyond to help me ship my packages! They were both amazing! Grateful awesome customer service!

SOOOOO glad I paid $10.68 for your employees just to disregard the writing that says "Fragile" and "This side up" and end up setting something super heavy on my package. Whoever uses UPS in the Fitchburg/Madison area off Fish Hatchery Road, be cautious!.... UPS stores all over seem to be doing quite a bit of "apologizing" ??

I’ve ordered multiple things from this location over the last year for work. We have used their printing services for flyers, business cards, etc. Johnson has been the one to help each time and has been so kind and helpful in answering questions. The projects have been completed very quickly and always accurate to what I expected. Even their customer service via phone and e-mail has been wonderful. Thank you!!
