“DiMaggio’s far exceeds any other auto mechanic repair business in the Madison area! They are trustworthy, thorough, and highly skilled. I received a full vehicle condition report of what was okay, what was suggested, and what was required. This thorough report also came with photos so I was 100% confident knowing that a strut was in need of being replaced! Unfortunately, there was a lot more that needed to be done. But rather than suggest I fix it, they had my best interest in mind and told me that I may want to consider buying a different vehicle. That’s not a good way of doing business - that is an AWESOME way of doing business! BEST OF THE BEST! You won’t be disappointed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“New residents in Madison--three weeks here and my car dies! I guess we should be glad we made it from Chicago! I don't know what the story is with crummy reviews in another site, but I have to say that those reviews didn't match my experience at ALL! The owner, Mike, took care of us with the straight dope on a mystery problem with my 20 year old Forester, and it was ready when promised and for a price that made sense. Meanwhile, look for our old plate amongst Mike's wonderful collection of lisence plates. Clean shop, great manners, and NO cheesy pin-ups in the shop. We have a mechanic in our new hometown! THANKS!”

“Outstanding customer service! I am from out of town and sustained serious damage to one of my rear tires while driving on the beltway. Tony’s service person met me at my friend’s house and out in the spare. The next, Saturday, Labor Day weekend I was able to get all new tires put on. Rate was extremely reasonable. Staff were so polite and friendly. Can’t say enough about the young man that handled all of this for me.”

“I had my first experience with Discount Tire on the east side of Madison, and I am very happy with their service! First, the scheduling process wad easy and efficient - always a plus. Also, they were very busy when I had my appointment, but still managed to get my vehicle in and out in an hour. One of the front desk workers was also very accommodating. I walk with a cane and he made sure to go out of his way to open doors for me and even stood out in the rain to get my car door. I will definitely return to this location!”

“This place was really awesome on Friday 6-21-24 pulled in there around 5pm with my f350 dually hunter was amazing got rite to work on figuring out my tires pulled in to the bay and like lightning he went to working on it coworker Eric came over to help as it was late in the day and they were great working together like a well oiled machine was out back on the road in no time very knowledgeable and informative worker's just a overall great great experience thanks again”

Scott & Eric will be honest with you about repairs & they will not do repairs without approval. Only engine work, no body. Handicap accessible with restrooms available. They will answer all questions & will send you the service inspection report. First time customers get a courtesy inspection & they are very thorough. They offer free rotations if you buy the tires through them. I recommend Smith’s to everyone.”

Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way. Extremely fair price, and he was recommended by another nearby shop who could not fit me in that day. I think I’ve found my new mechanic for when I’m on the road in that area!”
