Don't bother trying to call any department. Even after calling each one multiple times multiple days no answer.

I order online and use drive-up most days. The staff are always great and happy to help. Wait times are almost always less than five minutes after you check in. Usually less than that. It does depend on how busy they are at the time. I've never had a problem if I have to wait an extra minute or two when someone's bringing my groceries out to me. Always a positive experience here.

A clean well manged store with a great availability of items in stock. They also have a fair amount of sales. My go to target store!

Nothing but positive comments regarding the Target Circle membership. Savings on every visit to the store or same day delivery. AWESOME!

I am a senior citizen over 70 with gray hair arthritis and can function independently. I went to target for a lip crayon, and liquid lipstick made By NYX. The young lady who came to help me, was very slim With big Ground glasses, Long dark hair and ran around the department at 100 miles an hour, 20 feet ahead of me talking so fast I couldn’t even hear her. let alone understand her I kept asking her to please slow down and explain she was. pointing at things, but not Specifically any item Miles an hour, looking away from me the whole time as she zoomed up and down the aisles
Nor explaining anything and getting about 10 feet ahead of me and still talking. . I asked her to please slow down and explain a little bit more and she only got worse. I asked her what her name was and she. Just turned around And she ran away, refusing to give me her name. No one knew her name until a chubby, snarky, Short tempered disrespectful woman named hi LSA showed up. She started talking me down and blaming me without listening to anything Elsa said she knew that Employees First name, but would not give it to me And was equally as disrespectful with lack of common courtesy and patience.
She told me flat out that I was the problem. Is that ageism. ?? I don’t buy make up even once every 10 years and I did need help
So disappointed. With target in general
I have never been treated so poorly Andrew Lee as I have been at target Two hours ago. I will never go back there and never recommend them and I believe it was elder abuse, or some type of discrimination against the elderly.
At the same time, everyone else in the store has always been pleasant and helpful to me.
Although at the self check out, I raised my hand and an older woman came over to assist And teach. I explained I’m not text savvy and not used to their system and she was very kind and patient. She had long gray hair. I should’ve gotten her name For a thumbs up, but I basically just wanted to get out of the store after my AWFUL experience! With ILS A and the makeup specialist the skinny one long, dark hair, big ground glasses
I would like this post to be reported to the Store manager and responded to please. It was a really Negative experience. I think it was ageism or just flat out discrimination. And rudeness
Thank you, target for reading this and training your employees better That all customers need to be treated with dignity, respect, and common courtesy.
The store and that department in particular was not busy at the time 3 PM
wow target, you are promoting some real unprofessional And uncivilized people. You must be pretty desperate. They are no asset to your business.
Their customer service is horrible, if not illegal towards seniors.…
Three thumbs down for employees like the ones who I asked to help me today.

Checkouts are always full. They never open both self checkouts. I ended up going to hyvee because it wasn't worth the weight. The staff is great, but this makes no sense. Why make us wait when you can just open the other self checkouts.

Dairy and produce always have a ton of products missing, otherwise a pretty clean and organized Target.

Open your self checkouts again. There’s zero reason why I should have to wait for 10-15 min in a line when I’m trying to purchase two items. No one has time for that, it is America in 2024. Target made the conscious decision to negate the “customer experience” when you added the self checkouts and reduced your cashier staff in the first place. Keeping your self checkouts closed makes things difficult for your employees, not only regarding their responsibility load, but it also puts pressure and blame on them for things entirely out of their control. AND it upsets your customer base. It is a lose-lose situation.
The store is great, the employees are great, but the continuous and inconsistent changes are very much not. Please do better for everyone involved, ESPECIALLY the wonderful staff that keeps the store running.
